They did a fantastic job after scheduling and work failed for both AJ Perri and Gold Medal Plumbing. They prioritized the work, given their was no heat in the apartment. They didn't complain or reject the service because a washing machine had to be moved or because I couldn't reserve parking in front of the building, like AJ Perri and Gold Medal Plumbing had. They had everything fixed quickly. Thanks again!

We had utilized Kook and Sons Services before we purchased our home in 2005. I remember we were immediately impressed that the quality of work was above that of any of the plumbers we had previously experienced. After purchasing the home we did use a few different plumbers because the quotes from Kook were slightly higher. We learned our lesson very quickly. Just like anything of value, service comes at a cost. Kook & Sons have proven to be worth every dollar. Howard and his team are professional, timely, and do quality work. We were so grateful for their service after a series of terrible experiences with other HVAC companies like AJ Peri and Home Depot install services. We first hired Kook and don in 2021 to install a brand new split system in our historic brownstone. At that point we'd had at least 4 other companies come tell us the job just couldn't be done because of the layout of our home. Howard came in and had a solid plan for install within 2 site visits.
