Andres and his colleague came to assess a rug that got damaged by flooding we had in our basement. While we didn’t decide to go through with the cleaning, his assessment was thorough, and I felt we made the right decision to throw the rug away. I will definitely use UCM Services in the future for any other carpet/upholstery cleaning needs.
