I just want to make an update to my previous review. I can tell that this dentist office cares very much about their customer service and does a great job at reaching out when their patients don’t have the best first experience. Although my first experience wasn’t the best, I will definitely be returning due to their great customer service. Look forward to my next visit.
The staff is super friendly and Dr. Shah is very easy to talk to and very collaborative. I had a great experience. They are also very mindful and respectful of time and never make me wait for longer than needed. I am glad I found a dentist I can trust! Thanks team :)
