Jonathan and Teena successfully treated three different injuries - shoulder separation, shoulder tear, and herniated disc/sciatica - and got me back to running miles and playing tennis without needing surgery! They took the time to explain injuries in depth, and how the different exercises help. They were always very attentive, changing their plan on the spot depending on how I felt on a given day. Lastly, I felt very comfortable at the clinic - it's a very positive atmosphere! Bonus mention for Kevin - I got vertigo once and his vestibular expertise cured it instantly!

My wife suggested I get therapy for my flat feet after completing her own therapy here for her inner ear issues. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and I’m very pleased with every visit I have had there. I can’t recommend highly enough!

If you want to improve your well-being and return to feeling like yourself, Excel Physical Therapy is the place to go.
With each visit, I was increasingly impressed by the level of care and expertise demonstrated by the entire team. Every appointment left me feeling reassured, as Jonathan provided the tools and guidance I needed to heal while treating me as more than just a name on a schedule. He made sure I was comfortable and fully understood the program at every step. I left each day feeling they wanted me to feel better and improve just as much, if not more, than I did.
