Sarah was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and overall absolutely amazing.
She was very thorough and informative, from jewelry selection, to the piercing itself, and aftercare. She made sure I was happy with my choices from the get go, and I felt comfortable the whole appointment.

The establishment itself was welcoming with cool decor, and the room where the procedures happen was very clean. She takes the upmost care to keep everything sanitary.
I loved the earring selection, and everything was very reasonable!
The music was awesome too :)

It was satisfactory to me, but she wasn’t ready to stamp off and went the extra mile to make sure I had an even blonde hair finish. Update - Finished my 2 session cover up tattoo and when I say Derek went above and beyond, he really did!! I'm extremely in love with my new piece ❣️ It was a name cover up and he amazed me with the colors and creativity! Of course I'll be back for more ink.
