On Friday at 11:00 (when I had to be at work at 11:45), my permanent upper wire broke off. I called and Dr Isaacson got on the phone to eval (I normally see Dr Justin who was out of town). He assured me I needed to be seen, and was willing to see me right away. He and his staff were SO accommodating and I was able to clock into work at 11:46! Thank you so much for helping this girl out on a Friday, fixing my wire, and allowing me to get to work on time!! And NEVER making me feel like I was an inconvenience, even though I’m sure I threw a wrench into your schedule. You guys are the best!!! Thank you so much!!!
