The best massage I've had in Lincoln. Calming ambiance, soothing music, and Teresa is an excellent massage therapist. I find many MTs talk through the massage, which I do not prefer as I am there to relax and take a breath. Teresa did not ask a lot of questions, even though she put me at ease right away. She was the perfect balance of professional and friendly.

I've been going here regularly for the last couple years. Teresa is professional, friendly and very accommodating. She will focus on your needs. I've gone to a lot of massage therapist over the years and Teresa is the best! Also, the atmosphere is perfect, including lighting and music. I would highly recommend!

Studio was clean, lighting was perfect, music was soothing. I am a big guy at 6'3 245 and have chronic lower back issues so a good massage is a necessary part of my life. My usual masseuse was out of town so I had to flip quick through yelp and find a place for a last minute adjustment. Molly made time to fit me in her schedule in the late afternoon. She was upbeat and positive not only giving me a great massage but also teaching me a couple stretches that in all my years of chiropractors and masseuses I had never learned. I will be returning to Molly in the future and thank her for all the help
