Without making an appointment, and being able to be flexible with what time I picked up my cat… These guys were absolutely amazing in getting my cat in to be seen right away. My cat had a huge abscess and his face was completely swollen. He also had a major ear infection that I was not aware of. They kept me informed and updated throughout the entire day, letting me know what exactly was going on, and what my options were. As soon as I gave the green light, they made sure that my fur baby was in the best shape possible to come home. We had to let our beloved cat go today and everyone was so kind. I want to say a special thank you to Preethi- for your amazing work, kindness and much needed levity. Thank you for taking such gentle care of our sweet Gracie and for matching energy. We appreciate everyone's care over the years with our animal friends.10/2023 update: I have continued to have a wonderful experience, and a continued shoutout to Preethi. We had to put our sweet dog to sleep a couple months ago and the experience was made as gentle and kind as possible. I was visiting the area and my dog injured himself at the dog park. The people at South Ridge Animal Clinic were so wonderful! A real human answered my phone call. They gave me a same-day appointment. Every vet tech and the vet there was SO FRIENDLY and competent. They were responsive to my concerns, took GREAT CARE of my little guy, and they told me the price of each procedure as they presented it without me having to ask. It’s a small thing, but it conveyed to me that they understand times are hard for a lot of people and are sensitive to that. My total bill was entirely fair and (fortunately) affordable for me.
