Professional and personable from phone call to service. I bought a townhouse and the carpet was good just stretched out. I called O Street Carpet to access & then scheduled the job to be done the day before moving in. Very professional & the carpet look perfect!I would most definitely would recommend & use them again.

I deliberated a long time about where to go for carpet, and I am sooo glad we chose O Street Carpet. Our rep, Alex, was a great communicator and made sure everything was done to our liking. He checked in on the job, answered all of our questions thoroughly and professionally and the carpet install was smooth and looks beautiful. He also offered his professional advice, which I really appreciated.

Outstanding local business, highly recommend! Dan provided excellent customer service. I needed to replace an entire house of carpet in a very short period of time and he facilitated this for me.
