Recently moved to Nebraska after my wife of 28 years passed from esophagus cancer. It’s been a rough change with a lot of chaos. Especially dealing with this property I purchased. Woke up to septic spilling into bathtub and toilet, called Southwick at 5:30am left a voicemail, owners immediately called me, immediately sent a truck to my property and I experienced the BEST customer service both on and off site.
