I called for the 1st time and got next day service. I REALLY really need new carpet. However I am not ready for that whole house project. Kyle was my service technician, and from his first call in the AM he was professional and pleasant too! Let me tell you the pet stains were everywhere. It looks so much better and is buying me some much needed time.

Excellent! Kyle is very thorough and was done in about 90 minutes. I asked him not to use fragrance and he was happy to comply. Carpet looks great. Be prepared when they arrive. Move anything that is easily moved (side tables, plants, lamps) into another room so all that’s left is recliners, couches, etc. You will need to wait until the next day to move everything back so plan ahead.
We had such a great experience with this company! They were fast to provide an estimate and very knowledgeable! They scheduled us very quickly and did a GREAT job on our office carpets! We would highly recommend Matt & Kyle!!
