Biggerstaff Plumbing Heating & Air is a family-owned and operated company that has been providing reliable services since 1957. They are known for their knowledgeable professionals, integrity, and excellent customer service. Customers praise their responsiveness, timeliness, and professionalism, especially in handling plumbing, heating, and cooling issues. The team is polite and fixed our AC promptly. They are outstanding, extremely professional, and able to trouble shoot easily. The Biggerstaff team got the unit replaced at a reasonable price. They are the go-to choice for many customers in the area for all their plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs.
I had them put in a new toilet just over a year ago and the seal broke. They came and fixed it fee of charge, so kind. The repair man was honest and polite. I will not call any other establishment for these kind of services. This company is amazing!
Our family has been a customer of BPH&A since the turn of the century (Yr. 2000) and have had everything done from water line pressure troubleshooting to toilet repairs to hot water heater replacements to furnace removal and heat pump installations (and more). All of these were done quickly and at an extremely professional level. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Regy from Biggerstaff did very nice work for us installing a new hot water heater and both detecting and advising us on how to deal with a leaking water pipe inside an exterior wall. We have worked with Biggerstaff for many years and are always pleased with their work.
