We woke up to no power in half of our house and called Steven's electrical. That issue turned out to be LES related and was causing similar outages all down our street. While here, they found an issue in our breaker box we wouldn't have known about and that would have likely resulted in a fire. They were here in under half an hour, explained everything they were doing and found, and reached back out later to make sure the LES issue had been resolved on our street. We will be calling them should we need assistance in the future!
Really the only 24/7 electrician service in town, Mr. Stevens is amazing!!! I called him on a Saturday on Labor Day weekend when my fridge kept going out and he still picked up the phone immediately, was super nice, super helpful, let me ask a lot of questions, and didn’t even charge me a dime for a lot of his time. He didn’t need to end up coming over but he was more than willing to while we’re talking! Don’t put up with rude service elsewhere, go with this guy and you won’t be let down. In fact, you’ll be blessed!! Thank you for what you do Mr. Stevens and how you do it!!!
