“Without making an appointment, and being able to be flexible with what time I picked up my cat… These guys were absolutely amazing in getting my cat in to be seen right away. My cat had a huge abscess and his face was completely swollen. He also had a major ear infection that I was not aware of. They kept me informed and updated throughout the entire day, letting me know what exactly was going on, and what my options were. As soon as I gave the green light, they made sure that my fur baby was in the best shape possible to come home. Not only did they go above and beyond for taking care of my cat, but they also went above and beyond in regards to calling me multiple times to check in and made themselves more than available to answer any of my random questions that I had. I will forever be a client here. The staff is absolutely incredible, the facility is very clean, and they are very accommodating. Look no further if you want exceptional vet care ❤️“

“We called and called and called around to get my cat in due to some major issues after coming home from a vacation. They were able to get us in right away and had him diagnosed. My daughter had to make the difficult decision to put her sweet Sawyer to rest.Your team was so kind, so caring, compassionate and the empathy was felt through the phone call I made to understand entirely what was happening as my daughters heart was shattered. The quiet time you allowed her to say goodbye to him provided her and Sawyer the peace and comfort that was needed. Dimmed room, fireplace sounds and on screen, candle lit so others knew she was saying goodbye, just, wow!She just received a card with his paw print, the condolences expressed with signatures and the seeds with part of his ashes. Thank you so much! You have given her peace.“

“The vet and tech were very patient and gentle with both of my dogs. Drew is a big baby and won’t bark, growl or bite and gets scared, but the tech hugging him made him feel reassured while they stretched his leg and cleaned/applied drops to his ear.“
“The staff and Dr. Otto have been amazing with my two cats. I've never had a vet who pet and talked to my cats like he does-I can tell he truly loves animals. They were able to get my cat in on short notice when my old vet said they couldn't get him in for 4 days and suggested emergency vet. Turns out my cat had severe kidney stones, was blocked up, and had to stay several nights at Superior Vet. Dr. Otto called me each day to update me on my cat's condition and treatment. They work partner with a prescription company so I can get a discount on prescription cat food and have it shipped to my house. Bonus--they have an old sweet cat that lives there and loves petting!“
“We came very high anxiety as our dog ripped her side open on a bolt. Everyone was comforting even when I'm sure we were one of the crazy pet owners. Our fur baby is doing great with 22 stitches to get her fixed.“
“On a road trip from Chicago back home to Denver, our dog Miner had a very serious eye injury, which turned out to be a melting ulcer. Luckily we were able to get into Vetco with Dr. Peterson right away.She immediately put him on an intense treatment; which included eye drops once an hour, and a variety of painkillers and antibiotics. She also had us schedule an appointment with a veterinary ophthalmologist the following morning as soon as we returned home.Our ophthalmologist was very impressed with the level of care Miner received and said that they would have prescribed the exact same protocol. I am now happy to report that, two weeks later, we have returned from a follow-up appointment. Miner’s ulcer has shrunk from almost his entire eye to a tiny spot. He still has a long way to go, but he is recovering well! He may even get his vision back in his eye.Without Dr. Peterson’s quick diagnosis, effective treatment, and compassion, there is a good chance that Miner would have lost his eye, or worse. We are incredibly grateful to her and the rest of the team at Vetco. My only regret is that she is in Lincoln, Nebraska and we are in Denver so we can’t make her our regular vet.“

“Dr. Anna Jones performed neutering surgery on our Pug puppies Milo and Charlie, she did a fantastic job. The day after the surgery the pups were back to normal and doing well. After several days there are no signs or symptoms of infection. Great job!“
