We initially had a bit of a miscommunication, and I wasn’t entirely happy with my hair at first. I still got a lot of compliments on it, but it wasn’t quite what I wanted. So I reached out to her, and she was so apologetic and immediately scheduled me to get back in her chair. When I tell you this girl worked magic, I mean it! She gave me exactly what I wanted; her customer service was exceptional, she made me feel comfortable enough to express how I felt, and I felt heard. Now I am OBSESSED with my hair and I’m so grateful for that feeling!“
