“I recently went to SoloElite and saw Liv for a color correction. I had a lot of banding and different colors in my hair, but Liv got me right! We initially had a bit of a miscommunication, and I wasn’t entirely happy with my hair at first. I still got a lot of compliments on it, but it wasn’t quite what I wanted. So I reached out to her, and she was so apologetic and immediately scheduled me to get back in her chair. When I tell you this girl worked magic, I mean it! She gave me exactly what I wanted; her customer service was exceptional, she made me feel comfortable enough to express how I felt, and I felt heard. Now I am OBSESSED with my hair and I’m so grateful for that feeling!“

I found the Zen salon in google and was so happy I trusted my intuition when picking this salon. This was by far the best experience I have had with my hair at any salon I’ve went to. I have type 4 hair and I booked with Jackie and she really took her time with my hair. Throughout the whole process I didn’t feel one snap or tug when dealing my curls and coils. She went in and gave me a really good haircut and got all of the damage out. I left feeling like a new person. The environment is very inviting and the staff sure do make you feel welcome.
