This is the most comfortable massage experience I’ve ever had! Serenity is great at listening to concerns and needs; she also shares her plans to ensure mutual comfort and often completes sessions with at-home advice to continue progress. I’ve been in twice so far and was super impressed both times. I will definitely be back ?

I highly recommend Release Massage and Wellness. Serenity made it first priority toListen to my needs and make the experience the best it could be. The features and ambience of the room allow for optimal relaxation, including the scents, the lighting, sounds, and the massage bed. I do a lot of high strain activities on my body with workouts and have been dealing with tightness and pain. Serenity was able to melt away the problem areas and will be part of my recovery and maintenance so that I can keep doing the things I enjoy. I look forward to my next visit!

I am genuinely surprised at the results so far!I was looking for some help with chronic pain issues and decided to try adding massages onto my chiropractic adjustments to see if it would help.They took the time to listen to what I was experiencing on my first visit and made a plan. After the first visit I was surprised to find some of the worst pain was gone for almost two weeks!After my second visit, I continue to feel improvements and much less pain that I used to have.I would highly recommend RELEASE Massage & Wellness for anyone looking for some pain relief or even to just spoil yourself.Professional, knowledgeable, and it really does help!
