Empower PT was instrumental in preparing me for labor, while helping me stay active during my pregnancy without compromising my pelvic floor!! I had quite a bit of pelvic pain (SPD) and Jami helped me navigate that and explained what was happening.Postpartum it was also extremely helpful as I healed and it set me up for success when I went back to the gym! Jami is the best - she answered all my questions and even the things I didn’t know to ask, she was always 2 steps ahead of me and that is worth everything!!

I'll be forever grateful to Empower for bringing pelvic floor PT to Lincoln in such a great way. I spent years with tailbone pain after having my daughter - I was barely exercising, and going from sitting to standing could be excruciating. Jami has completely resolved that for me. Her approach to pelvic floor PT is completely focused on your comfort level and providing you with education, which I really appreciate.

Not only have I received the care my body needed, but I have been met with kindness and consideration at every turn with Empower.
