They took the time to talk with us, answer questions, and never made us feel rushed or like they were too busy to help. That level of customer service is becoming rare, and it made a lasting impression on both of us.
I stopped in looking for hardware for my computer, and they were generous enough to provide the M.2 screws I needed at no charge. They even told me to come back if I ran into any issues and that they would help me get the correct parts if needed. That kind of support and willingness to help customers goes above and beyond.
