Jayme did an amazing job on “dog room” carpet! Was very flexible in scheduling, did not try to add a bunch of stuff to increase the cost - told me upfront what the cost estimate was & it was right on, moved a few pieces of furniture for me & then put them back w/pads under the legs, etc. Pinnacle actually did another job for me in July & that one was great also😜. Would highly recommend this company!
