Please get some new vacuums for your crews. They always struggle so much with the vaccine you provide them. I now let them use my personal vacuum that I bought at Costco for $200. Please get them a couple of those.Also, please make sure I am on the schedule to have my basement cleaned at my next cleaning.I asked them to out that on their schedule when they were her last.Many thanks.

We just had our first cleaning from The Cleaning Authority and we are so pleased! The did a thorough job throughout the house. It was great to come home to a sparkling clean house! I also appreciated how they did the initial estimate in person so I was able to ask questions and have a solid idea of services and pricing. Sydney, Haley and Carol did an excellent job of dusting, vacuuming and wiping things down. I had to go to a funeral while they were there, though my husband was home, and when I returned everything was very clean and neat. They are great!Another efficient and excellent cleaning event. Thank you.Cheyenne, Kristin and Zanib did a great job of cleaning. They are amazing in their efficiency. It would take me days to do what they do in less than 2 hours.
