“I usually voice my opinion in an effort to dissuade and warn others.
However, was so impressed with the compassion, kindness and understanding I received, I have to give props.
I first called on a Saturday, knowing they were closed. I was planning on leaving a message for them to call me.
I was surprised when my call was answered by the owner. Even more surprised, when I explained my brother's death, to find out the gentleman had just buried his brother that day. We bonded instantly over shared loss of our brothers.
A 2 minute call became 45 minutes of him comforting me.
I had had such heartless interactions with the memorial establishment in Beatrice. That lady never even offered me a Kleenex while the gentleman from Trump dried my tears over the phone.
In Beatrice they would wait weeks to return my calls. They refused to send the money donated for a headstone to Trump. They insisted if I didn't purchase from them they would give all the money to the person who had already stolen thousands in donations.
Beatrice told me several times they already ordered the headstone bench before I told them to so I had no choice.
Trump Memorials fixed everything without any more heartache and hassles.
The same exact bench was considerably cheaper than Beatrice so I didn't have to pay out of pocket for the difference.
Once they had it installed, which was fairly quick they even sent a pic to me.
