“My parents, brother, sister, and I have all been patients here for a long time and Dr. Dalton and his staff have always phenomenal. They all have such a friendly and professional demeanor, and you can tell just how much they truly care about your comfort and safety as a patient. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to doctors appointments and Dr. Dalton knows that. He lets me wear my earbuds and listen to music during my appointments because it helps me relax. Recently I’ve had to have a lot of work that’s been getting done (due to me being extremely dumb and having a history of noncompliance as a patient), and they’ve walked me through what would need to be as well as what it would all entail. For MY OWN comfort as a patient, Dr. Dalton asked me if I personally would be more comfortable being referred to someone who would put me under general anesthesia. Despite that sure it might help me be slightly more comfortable (hard to not be comfortable when you’re out cold), I told him no. I wholeheartedly trust that he and his staff are doing what they truly believe is in my best interest as a patient. I’d rather have the work done under the local anesthetic by people that I trust. I will always be happy to recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a dentist“

“This is my new dental provider! i was having a bad tooth issue, and out of desperation I just walked in on the chance that they might be able to advise me on what I could do (it was a Friday, and my usual dentist was closed ). Not only were they open on a Friday, but they accepted my insurance and got me in with very LITTLE hassle, and took care of the problem. They totally saved me because i was in a ton of pain. I will not go anywhere else.“

“We have had pleasant enough experiences at this dental practice. Dr. Parks is amicable and professional both. He doesn't desire his patients to be uncomfortable if there's a way around it. His hygienists are the same- pleasant and professional. When there has been a problem, they were eager to fix it. There is water and coffee in the waiting area, if you even have time to utilize it as they are usually very prompt getting you back for your appointment. We have recommended Dr. Parks to friends new to Lincoln already.“
