“I recently left my two cats here for their first ever boarding experience. I was nervous and so were Ralph and Eddie. Once I walked in and saw how clean the cat suites were and how prepared the staff was I felt more at ease. My cats take medication so it was very helpful that staff was able to administer them for no extra fee. When I arrived to pick them up I could tell my cats were not happy with me but I didn’t expect them to be as they’re very high anxiety and needy. Eddie was difficult to get back in his kennel to leave since he is so sassy but the staff, Lexy, made it a lot easier on me and Eddie. I really appreciate her and the rest of the staffs’ attitudes when it came to my special little but chunky guys because I know they are not easy. I will 100% be boarding them here again.”
