“We called and called and called around to get my cat in due to some major issues after coming home from a vacation. They were able to get us in right away and had him diagnosed. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, breaking things down to details and instructions that were easily to understand and follow! Everyone throughout the entire process of getting him diagnosed and treated was great to work with. They truly cared for him and treated him as if he were their own. Our pets are a huge part of our family and we will definitely be using them the rest of our fluffy friends. Would recommend them 100% Thank you all so much!“
“It was a very warm welcome switching to Cotner pet care for my elder dog that was showing some major aging and ailments and 2 others that will be seen soon. All the staff is very compassionate about the care that is given and what is to be expected. I switched from out of town vet to Cotner Pet Care because of the distance I was driving wasn't really worth it anymore. “Jill is the only trainer I will ever use and trust with my dogs and I. I have trained multiple dogs with her and have had amazing results. She uses smart and reliable techniques. Jill takes the time to teach us techniques and explains why in the process. She opened my mind and has thought me so much about myself as a handler. I have taken puppy kindergarten classes, her summer classes, boot camps and even CGC classes with her over the years with my dogs. I highly recommend her!“
“The staff and Dr. Otto have been amazing with my two cats. I've never had a vet who pet and talked to my cats like he does-I can tell he truly loves animals. They were able to get my cat in on short notice when my old vet said they couldn't get him in for 4 days and suggested emergency vet. Turns out my cat had severe kidney stones, was blocked up, and had to stay several nights at Superior Vet. Dr. Otto called me each day to update me on my cat's condition and treatment. They work partner with a prescription company so I can get a discount on prescription cat food and have it shipped to my house. Bonus--they have an old sweet cat that lives there and loves petting!“
“My dog was killed at the groomers, Canine Design, Jan 29, 2024. Jodi was so kind & gentle with me when I brought Nala here for cremation. She hugged me, ordered everything for me, put me in a private room with Nala so I could grieve with her before they took her. I received a card in the mail signed by everyone there. “What an amazing and caring group of people. I cannot express this enough. My daughter had to make the difficult decision to put her sweet Sawyer to rest.Your team was so kind, so caring, compassionate and the empathy was felt through the phone call I made to understand entirely what was happening as my daughters heart was shattered. The quiet time you allowed her to say goodbye to him provided her and Sawyer the peace and comfort that was needed. Dimmed room, fireplace sounds and on screen, candle lit so others knew she was saying goodbye, just, wow!She just received a card with his paw print, the condolences expressed with signatures and the seeds with part of his ashes.
