Quick Connect Computer Services
“Quite possibly one of the friendliest businesses I've ever walked into. The three gentlemen working at Quick Connect Computer Services were absolutely amazing—professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind to both myself and my son.
From the moment we walked in, they created an atmosphere that felt more like visiting friends than entering a business. They took the time to talk with us, answer questions, and never made us feel rushed or like they were too busy to help. That level of customer service is becoming rare, and it made a lasting impression on both of us.
I stopped in looking for hardware for my computer, and they were generous enough to provide the M.2 screws I needed at no charge. They even told me to come back if I ran into any issues and that they would help me get the correct parts if needed. That kind of support and willingness to help customers goes above and beyond.
My son and I both felt welcomed, comfortable, and treated with genuine dignity and kindness throughout our visit. I will absolutely be returning in the future and would strongly recommend Quick Connect Computers to anyone looking for computer parts, repairs, or simply outstanding customer service.
Thank you for making what could have been a quick errand into such a positive experience. I absolutely recommend going in here just for the experience.”
IT Computers
“The Good:
excellent CPU temps after they applied the Thermal Paste around. My laptop Temps are below what they were when i first brought it in. I except my laptop to last a long time with the new paste.
The Meh but doable-
They had to get a New bottom Bracket? well the bottom piece the whole area of the bottom of the laptop needed to be replaced but that didn't fix the Issue Fully but it sure made it much better. They couldn't find a Part for it Which is Understandable due to the current market and economy. I wish they could of fixed it better but I was happy and it was good enough so my ethernet cable wouldn't disconnect from the R-45 jack we decided to let it be.
The Not So good:
they bought a new part for the Laptop that they put in to fix the Connection for the Power adapter is still (in my opinion) loose. i felt it didn't fix the issue. Basically when you plug in the Power cord to the laptop it was loose and could dis-connect easily.
I wasn't Satisfied, but I wasn't Rude, Impolite, Yell or get upset or mad. I was just honest with them about how I felt and they said i didn't have to pay 60$ for the part!. So my grand total was lower than expected.
Ill give them a 5 star for that.”
