Quality of work and knowledge of the technician was great! Unfortunately, their computer system and billing are not. I paid for the diagnostics bill on the day but later received an invoice asking me to pay again. I also had to call multiple times because I never heard back on status of my parts. (I think they forgot about me). Over a week later, they came back to fix it. Their repair invoice charged me for more refrigerant than used. I called to ask why and they said it was to match the cost of the quote. We never received a quote! Overall, great work on the techs part and hopefully the office side improves.
