I've been going to Hot Shots for many years now. Kayla is my colorist and stylist, and she is extremely competent and skilled at her job. She knows her stuff. I often hear her coworkers at this salon ask her for advice or her opinion, and she is always quick and confident with her answers. She listens and pays attention to my preferences, but she also gives her honest professional opinion when needed. Everytime I come in for my haircut and color, I always get compliments on my hair from complete strangers that I come across at places where I stop by to run errands on my way home. Never fails! People stop me to tell me how pretty my hair is! Note that I have about 70% to 80% gray hair, and I started coloring it pink about 4 years ago, and I've maintained it till now. It's a tricky color to pull off, but whatever Kayla does with my hair, it's always sure to make heads turn. And even weeks after my salon visit, I still get compliments, even from men!

My barber Chris lopez really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted instead of just rushing through the cut. The attention to detail was crazy, especially on the fade and lineup. You can tell they actually care about their craft and take pride in making sure everything is sharp.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with Crystal today that I wanted to share one. I wanted a Gel X extension with a clear and natural look, and Crystal did an incredible job. She carefully looked at my reference photos and took great care with my cuticle work, even though my nails were in poor condition because of my nail-biting habit.
Gel X nails can easily look crooked if they’re not applied properly, but Crystal shaped and aligned them perfectly. I know the whole process must have been very tedious, yet she stayed professional and patient the entire time without a single complaint.
I truly appreciate all the effort and care Crystal put into my nails. From now on, I only want to get my nails done by her. Thank you so much!
This review is for Emily. She has been cutting my hair for years since she worked at Chadbournes in Fairfield. I followed her when she began cutting hair at the Beauty Box. Emily was referred to me by a friend. Emily is a great stylist. She keeps up with trends, is friendly, and is very talented. If you ask her if a style will look good, she is honest and supportive of trying new things. She will tell you if something is not a great fit if you don't want to change your routine or if its's not flattering. Her prices are reasonable and her customer service is great. As for the actual salon, it's very clean. They have some upgraded amenities to make your time there feel elevated but never snooty. The stylists and other pros have a nice rapport. Very welcoming establishment. Emily and the cute salon vibe make driving 25 miles to my haircut worth it.

My waxer was great. She was friendly and comfortable to work with, knowledgeable for any questions, thorough and high attention to detail. I appreciated that she constantly checked in on if wax temp was comfortable or how I was doing pain wise with the waxing. Though the waxing was nearly painless and was fast.
The place is very clean feeling, from the lobby to the rooms, and the bed was very comfortable to lay on.

I have been getting lashes since 2015, and Silver did the best job I have ever experienced. Truthfully, if you are looking for a master technician see Silver she is worth every dollar. I will always be her client.

Haven't gotten my tattoo yet, but thought it was important to speak of my booking experience and consultation. I used their website to inquire about a piece I wanted, was responded to within 24hours via email by Justin. Over a couple days we conversed back and forth when we were available to go over what I was interested in, and then made plans for a consultation , where he gave me a day he was available. Walked in while he was doing some work on another person and was greeted by a female who went to speak to Justin. When he was available we spoke about my design and placement, and then about price points for sizes. Paid a deposit via phone and booked appointment. Really easy experience for someone who has never stepped foot in a shop.

I would use them again! A breaker went out around 1 a.m. on New Year’s Day 2026, leaving parts of my house without power. I contacted my Home Warranty company, AHS, but their local electrical vendor couldn’t come until 1/10/26, which was unacceptable. I searched for a local Vacaville electrical contractor and found Taurus. After reviewing my situation, they quoted me a flat rate. We agreed on a 3 p.m. appointment, and the electrician arrived on time, replaced the breaker, and checked and tightened all other connections. The work was completed in under an hour for the agreed flat rate. Thumbs up for Taurus!

We used Shane over 7 years ago at our first house when we had an electrical outlet issue. He went above and beyond for that experience and I've had his number in my phone since. We sold that house and bought our current home just under two years ago. We've been meaning to call Shane to add some outlets and fan rated boxes in our ceilings but been busy. Fast forward to today, July 2nd, I found my external electrical panel smoldering. With quick thinking from my neighbors & myself, the damage was just to the inside of the panel (thanks Fairfield Fire and Tyler with PG&E as well) and everyone is fine. We started calling/texting every electrician we knew as this weekend is the first scorcher in Solano County and we have two kids and a dog.. and of course it had to be 4th of July weekend. Many were out of town, some could come this afternoon to look at it, one gave an outrageous quote (probably because of the holiday weekend), and then Shane called me back. I explained that we've been calling people and told him about the quote. He said it shouldn't be that expensive and people were just taking advantage. He explained he lives in Sac but could have one of his guys come out. Brandon came out an hour later, did a thorough inspection, and got to work. He was able to get a few parts from Lowes and got us up and running in 2 hours. Much appreciated on a holiday weekend! Highly recommended.

My salesperson, Casey, was very helpful in explaining all my options of flooring that would be right for my home and lifestyle. I ended up with a great product called RevWood Premier by Mohawk and a beautiful carpet for my master bedroom. Other than the bedroom, I had the RevWood installed throughout the house. The installers, Gary and Jordan, did a wonderful job. Gary kept me informed of the process and updated me each day of what to expect. When the RevWood was completed Tony came in and installed the bedroom carpeting. The whole process went smoothly and I can only say that I am extremely pleased with the results. I don’t usually write reviews, but in this instance I highly recommend Gillespie’s.
We had checked out a few local carpet companies in Vacaville and they all seemed to be fine and the prices were all very comparable. We finally decided on All Size Flooring. They were very professional and the customer service was great. When they committed a time to be here they were here. The quality of the carpet and the installation was great!! I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Legacy Innovative Builders. It started from Dave the owner when he came by our house house to look at proposed project. Dave was honest and suggested that the exterior of my wood paneling did not need to be replaced but repaired and painted. I was thankful that he just didn't want to take our money.

They did the work as described, good quality. Very responsive to our particular needs. JL Custom Tile & Stone really outdid themselves on our bathroom vanity countertop, backsplash, and sink! We got the slab from Granite Expo, but they don’t do installations anymore unless it’s a big job. So, we called JL Custom, and they were able to cut and install the countertop for a great price. They were super quick and had it all set up with a sink and backsplash in just a couple of hours. Their attention to detail was amazing—they even lined up one of the patterns on the counter to the backsplash where they meet. I’d definitely recommend JL Custom Tile & Stone to anyone looking for a local bathroom or kitchen specialty shop.

I've had Sentient perform exclusion on two homes I've lived in and have always been so impressed by their attention to detail and craftsmanship. They've noticed entry points that rodents were entering I would have never noticed. I've also had them pigeon proof our solar panels and the the netting looks really nice and blends in with the roof and panels. The best thing I can say was during the pigeon proofing they found some glued/cracked roof tiles our home builder tried to cover up. We had a couple spares that Sentient cut and installed for us. Not a lot of tradesman have that kind of integrity to pause the job and show the homeowner problems on the roof unrelated to the job. Can't sing their praises enough. Definitely will hire them again in the future if we ever move!
Had a great experience with Clark after switching from ProActive after repeated awful experiences. My service technician was Randy. He checked out every room and checked for what kind of roaches there were and was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, Friendly and had great communication skills. I could tell he knew what he was doing, and he was gonna spray everywhere. 10 out of 10 for service for Randy I have requested this worker For the rest of my annual treatments that I have signed up for. Turkworks just completed our backyard landscaping. We are extremely happy with the entire process. They were able to start our job a little earlier than expected and completed a little earlier. We hired A-2-Z to do a large project in our back yard earlier this spring. The project included removing the old yard, replacing the sprinkler system, sodding the new yard, and weed control on a hill. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work from Zach and his crew. I provided Chris, the owner, with a sketch of what I wanted for the backyard. He walked through the space, listened AND heard my requests and provided his recommendations. He then quickly turned-around a sketch and quote to confirm what I envisioned for the backyard. I requested the project be done in 2 to 3 phases, and he was very accommodating. To date, we've completed 2 of the 3 phases (including concrete walkways, pavers, decomposed granite, privacy trees, drought tolerant plants, fruit trees and lighting), and I look forward to working with Chris and his crew on the 3rd phase.Chris, the owner, answers all questions quickly. Chris and his crew are consistently on time, professional, hard working and kind. Chris, Gerardo (leading the crew) and the crew all worked cohesively and as a team. Chris, knowing over the course of this project, that I liked a certain plant, he took the initiative and let me know that an owner of another project was removing the same plant, and offered it to me so it would not be thrown away. An absolutely pleased customer!!! I have worked with this company last year when I needed bushes removed from my yard that were causing major allergies around our area. Tony was so quick to respond, and was readily available. I think one of the best things about this business is that you tell him what you want done and he gets the job done very well! He updates you on the yard work completed and is SUPER REASONABLELY PRICED!! Every time I ask him about the price after I name different yard work around my yard, he surprises me with such a great price especially in today's economy. I already referred my mother to him because he is such a great landscaper and does amazing work. He even looked at other tasks and gave suggestions on dead bushes (didn't even realize the bushes were dead) to remove and knew about the plants in the backyard and how to care for them. I passed out during the night and fell hard and fast on the bathroom floor. Waking up I immediately knew I was out of alignment. I was in a lot of pain. I made an appointment a few days later when I realized I was not getting any better. Something was off. Not broken ribs, I knew that… but I needed help. I called the office and was able to be seen that day. when I arrived at the office and explained my symptoms I was treated with the best care and advice. I am a regular Pilates reformer gal so a few days after the adjustment, I was told to let my body rest, when I returned to Pilates class I was thrilled to find my range of motion was so much better then before I fell. And no pain. No pain!!!

Vacaville is so blessed to have Dr. John and Dr. Allison. I started seeing Dr. John when I was pregnant with my second child. Not only did he help keep pain and discomfort to a minimum, he helped flipped my baby over from his breeched position during my third trimester! It took two only adjustments and after the second session I was driving home and literally felt baby do a cartwheel! Now I go to Dr. John for immediate pain relief with migraines and tension body aches. I won’t trust anyone else! Soon I’ll bring my kids over to see Dr. Allison. Love that they are a family oriented care team, and you really feel that sense of family from the moment you walk in and are greeted by their friendly staff.

I’ve been going here since 2011 when I had a really bad car accident. Dr Taylor has seen me through 2 more accidents, plus my pregnancy, and without him I wouldn’t have been able to function. I’ve since moved across the country , but always make it a point to stop by for an adjustment when I’m in town visiting.
I have been a patient of chiropractic care since birth, as my father was a prominent practitioner in the field himself. Before my dad passed away, he told me that my siblings and I should start seeing Dr. Viscusi for our chiropractic care, because Nick "is the best damn adjuster around". We have been seeing Dr. Viscusi for 13 years now, and not only have my dad's words been proven utterly true (Dr. V's technique is superb), but I've also found him to be a welcoming and generous person who takes a holistic approach to addressing multiple facets of my well being, and consistently provides expert knowledge and support that extends well beyond adjustments.
This was the best decision to start the process of getting rid of all the neck and back pains and getting everything realigned so I can get my life back again! Dr. A and his entire staff have gone above and beyond for my animals. He is a veterinarian that really takes the time to explain what is going on with your pet. Elizabeth, (a long time tech at Dr. A's) is so extremely knowledgeable and she really loves animals.As busy as vet clinics have been over the past few years, Dr. A never rushes the appointment. I've had a few Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that I took to Dr. A over the past 10 years and he has treated them so well. I also have had cats that saw Dr. A. He is very gentle with them and his techs do a phenomenal job. I recently sent a few family members to see Dr. A and his team...they were also really happy with the care their dogs received.
Dr. K and her staff at Oak Animal Hospital are truly amazing. They take the time to listen to you, completely exam your animal and not rush the appointment time at all. I have been going here for over 14 years and each vet has been exceptional. They don’t push extra tests or costs and are wonderful vets!
I love this office and love how they took care of my cat. I asked them to give me a second opinion and they not only did it but took us on as new clients. My dude was able to get treated within a week of being seen for that second opinion and he doing great. I am so grateful that they took us on and took such good care of him.
We have been coming here since 2019. Dr. Singh and the entire team has always taken the best care of my dog, they always take their time answering all of my questions and concerns, never make me feel rushed. Dr. Singh really takes his time and has a very great way about making you feel heard, but easing your mind. I have had a few bad vet experiences in Socal... I can tell you the service and care received here is like none other, to the point, we use to live up here, live in Socal, but I literally come up every few months to keep Dr. Signh and the team. I know without a doubt my dog will be taken care of and we won't be turned away. After ER visits inn socal and trying to follow up with a "primary there" and was turned away.. without hesitation we made the drive back up here so Alice could be seen by her normal vet here, Dr.Singh. The entire team here loves and cares about your baby, and if you tell them the situation and they think your baby needs to come in sooner, they will try their best (within capabilities, busy is busy and they are only human, people need to understand sometimes, in order to give your pet the best care and if they are busy, there just isn't an opening) to get you in as soon as they can. Dr.Singh also took care of our cat, that passed two years ago. We lost our cat to large Cell lymphoma, and while waiting on the biopsy when she started to really not do well, Dr gave us prednisone and gabepentin to help her, and help keep her comfortable. Even though he said usually he waits for the diagnosis, he understood she wasn't doing well and he gave it to us early to help keep her comfortable. Dr.Singh is someone you and your babys can trust. Also shoutout to Esparanza who is always smiles, happy to see us, understands we travel to and from here from Socal, always gets us in, encourages me to send photos if I am ever worried and away, and also handles my 1 million questions, but always makes me feel heard, validated and never rushes me. Honestly don't understand the couple of bad reviews, I think people forget this clinic IS busy, because they are good at what they do. If someone isn't getting back to you promptly, it's not because they don't care, every baby is important. Every baby matters. But like human hospitals, some babys need a little more attention, some cases come before others because they are more urgent as inn time could be the difference between life and death. Maybe as a registered nurse, I understand the concept of everyone is important, but some people/pets may need to be prioritized first, but that doesn't mean they will not get you in or don't care. Don't let the couple of bad reviews steer you away, it should speak for itself that they are always busy and full and that I literally drive from Orange County here when we no longer live up here so my dog can be seen by a trusted, caring vet. In January, we came here to get my dogs yearly dental because I don't trust any other vet to put my dog under, when VCA said she needed an endoscopy, I said nope, we will follow up with Dr.Singh, and if he thinks she needs it, he will be the only one doing it. I can ramble a little, and the clinic knows that and is patient with me, anyhow I can go on for years on why you should choose this vet to be your primary vet.
Today we had to put our 20 year old cat, Binx down. I am so thankful for the staff at this vet, including the veterinarian. I could tell they genuinely cared about Binx, and about us as we grieved. We were given all the time we needed with Binx too. Nobody rushed us. And that really meant a lot. I will say that this place has left an impression on me. Thank you for being there for Binx and us today. We will never forget.
Dr. Canton is very thorough, and truly cares. I wouldn't go anywhere else for eye care.

He never pushes unnecessary tests or medications just to make a quick buck—he’s extremely knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to work with you and what’s best for your pet.
The staff is just as wonderful. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever encountered a single rude person here. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly loves on your fur baby like their own.
I always feel a little anxious bringing my pit mix in, since people can sometimes be fearful (even though he’s a total love), but the staff didn’t think twice. They were absolutely amazing with him and made us both feel so comfortable.

First day I had a great service, they has been confusion at all of our dogs appointments & hours of operation are a bit confusing. We did buy the monthly plan, unsure just yet how helpful that will be.

Club Pilates Vacaville is a great studio. I’ve been to other Pilates Studio’s, but this is the best. Most of the instructors are wonderful. My daughter and I favor Madi and Karen’s classes. Their instructions are clear and motivating. They encourage you to push through the burn, but also provide modifications when you need something lighter. I highly recommend Club Pilates Vacaville.

Great Couples Massage! The reason why I put 4 stars is because they have a conversation with eachother during your massage which to me isn’t very relaxing. They also answer the phone during your massage to book other appointments and if customers come in the front door they leave the room to help them. I feel there are other ways to go about it and your full attention should be on your current client spending a good chunk of money.
I cannot say enough about Kayla and her healing hands! I went in today completely broken—my sciatica was flaring, and I could barely walk. She not only worked deep enough into the muscles to release the pain (that “hurt so good” feeling we all know is necessary), but she also incorporated stretching that truly felt like it reset my whole back. For the first time in a long time, I walked out feeling like the massage actually fixed my issues instead of just giving temporary relief.
Kayla is so knowledgeable with her massage methods and understanding of anatomy—you can really tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. On top of that, she’s such a sweetheart, which makes the whole experience even better.

I came into Peaceful Springs Spa on the heels of a deeply frustrating day! I’d driven out to the Vacaville outlets hoping for a little retail therapy—something to lift the weight of an already rough week—but instead found them eerily dead. No crowds, no good deals, just the empty feeling of wasted time and rising disappointment. That might’ve been manageable if I wasn’t already spiraling after a professional function that went sideways really badly really quickly--something that left me rattled for days.
By the time I pulled into the Peaceful Springs parking lot, I was tense to the point of aching. I’d booked a one-hour massage thinking it might take the edge off. But the moment the session began, I realized this was going to need more than an hour. My massage therapist—whose English was limited, but whose professionalism and presence were flawless—was incredibly intuitive. She left no area untouched, no knot ignored. Without me having to utter a single word, she found every iota of tension in my body. Her handwork was methodical, strong, and deeply focused. I’ve had many massages before, but this one felt different—like she was reading the stress off my muscles in real-time.
Halfway through, she suggested adding cupping. I hesitated—I’ll admit, my only real association with cupping was Michael Phelps and those giant purple spots during the Olympics. But I trusted her, and I’m so glad I did. The cupping took the session to another level. I could feel my muscles surrendering. Love moon spa. Definitely come here several times a week many times. They are so good to me, incredibly kind, and make me feel Like a friend. I look forward to seeing them as much as I can! My only concern is they charge for use of debit and HSA cards which are not supposed up charged to use, only credit cards, however, if it goes toward their tip, they deserve it. They’re that good. I hate do you even have to bring it up to these kind ladies who work so hard ❤️❤️
I should have posted this over a year ago. Dale taught my daughter how to drive and I'm glad I went with him. He actually gave her homework and didn't have her run errands like I found out years later that my older two children did when they were learning with a different school.I would reccomend him.
Mr. Dane was the instructor that took my Duaghter Kendall out to drive for her first time. On are first meeting Dane was very personal and friendly. When my Duaghter returned after her first lesson she said her first driving experience was great not stressful at all.
