Although the initial quote felt a bit high, the plumber was prompt and diagnosed a faulty valve in our water tank within 30 minutes. After replacing it, he also checked for any additional issues, which I appreciated after my previous negative experience with another contractor.
I expected a straightforward installation and was pleased that it wrapped up in about two hours without any issues. The technician explained that the new heater's efficiency settings should help keep our energy bills lower, which was not something I had considered before❤
Recently, I had a leaking faucet and low water pressure throughout the main house. Louie came out, gave me a very reasonable price, and got everything fixed quickly. Great service and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
