On the day of the installation one of the installers was unable to work due to an injury. This meant a two-man crew was now a one man show. Our installer, Francisco, was able to complete the master bedroom on day one and the two remaining bedrooms on day two. We were amazed at his dedication, professionalism, and craftsmanship. “J L Tile put in a new quartz countertop, sink, faucet, island countertop, and backsplash for me. All the guys who work there, as well as Keri, were so professional, friendly, and just overall nice. My kitchen looks dramatically different, and came out exactly the way I wanted! The backsplash looks fantastic! The gentlemen who did the installation work finished in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves completely. John, the owner, came out to do the estimate, and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. After looking over reviews and pics of other work they had done we decided to hire them, and it was the best decision we could have made. Excellent job!“

They were very professional and the customer service was great. When they committed a time to be here they were here. The quality of the carpet and the installation was great!!
