Karter called ahead of arrival and arrived when he said he would. He was here 6+hours doing mouse exclusion work - it's a big, 100 year old house with a lot of holes. He was very personable and while engaging with me worked very efficiently with an incredible attention to detail. Karter saw holes I was unaware of, including one that I couldn't believe he saw in the corner of a door jamb, it was so hidden and small! He cleaned up all of the signs of mice, leaving the floor of my basement cleaner than it's ever been and smelling freshly of disinfectant. Absolutely stellar service. JoJo gave sufficient notice, showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and really showed a great face for your company. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and I’m looking forward to the continuing service. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family.

Like many other successful businesses, HomeShield Pest Control had humble beginnings. Ian Morgan, the founder, had a dream of owning a company someday. Earlier in his career he worked for another pest control company and saw that his ideas could really make a difference. He wanted to be revolutionizing. So he got to work. In 2009, he started the company out of his parents garage, and expanded into what it is today-- a company based on making people happy, creating peace of mind, and genuinely caring about those we serve.
