“Behr Landscaping Inc. has 3 qualities I look for: (1) proper licensing, insurance, etc., (2) skills and (3) something beyond standard paperwork and skills. I provided Chris, the owner, with a sketch of what I wanted for the backyard. He walked through the space, listened AND heard my requests and provided his recommendations. He then quickly turned-around a sketch and quote to confirm what I envisioned for the backyard. I requested the project be done in 2 to 3 phases, and he was very accommodating. To date, we've completed 2 of the 3 phases (including concrete walkways, pavers, decomposed granite, privacy trees, drought tolerant plants, fruit trees and lighting), and I look forward to working with Chris and his crew on the 3rd phase.Chris, the owner, answers all questions quickly. Chris and his crew are consistently on time, professional, hard working and kind. Chris, Gerardo (leading the crew) and the crew all worked cohesively and as a team. Chris, knowing over the course of this project, that I liked a certain plant, he took the initiative and let me know that an owner of another project was removing the same plant, and offered it to me so it would not be thrown away. “We bought a new house. We had a clean slate in the back. Nothing but dirt. Called Rodriguez Landscaping based on reviews. Met with Sacramento in person and he was professional and upfront about the work, along with related costs. He provided suggestions which we appreciated since we know nothing about landscaping. We wanted sod installed, along with a side access concrete work done. He told me he was out three weeks. Three weeks later he showed up with his crew. The work performed was done exactly as discussed. The concrete work is smooth and it looks like it came with the house. Sod was installed with irrigation and all is working great. We ended up hiring his maintenance team because we loved his work. He treated our home like it was his, ensuring the grounds were clean everyday before leaving.
