We had JC Carpet and Upholstery clean our carpet and 4 rooms of white tiles and grout and are very happy to recommend them. I’ve cleaned both items myself in the past and it was rewarding to have clean floors but really hard work. From the first phone call, to Jorge’s estimate to the actual cleaning, the experience was very easy and rewarding. I will definitely call them again.

Very good service on my braided bedroom rug and woven living room rug. The rugs have never looked better! Prompt and friendly service. I highly recommend this rug cleaning service.

I contacted the company via their website early in the morning before they opened and I got a call and email back shortly after their opening hours. I got an accurate price quote over the phone and was notified that of course the price could change based on additional cleaning needs once they saw the carpets. I was able to get an appointment during a time that worked for my scheduled. I was contacted on ahead of time to confirm appointment and on the day of my appointment the technician texted me and called me to update me on his arrival time.
