“I’ve been going annually to Vacaville Optometric Vision Center for over 5 years and the professionalism, friendliness and, most importantly, optometric knowledge of Dr. Carr and rest of the team have been consistent and appreciated. Since I only use Hoya bifocal lens for my rimless glasses that is not commonly found in Vacaville, the staff have been patient and helpful in figuring out insurance coverage. On one occasion, the staff was able to proactively apply for a warranty claim when I broke a lens instead of charging me to replace it. Overall, I’m satisfied with the services provided and would highly recommend them.”
