I wanted the appt asap, and explained the why, she was able to set the appt even though her huspand jr was off. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I needed a tattoo covered up and I was so pleased with the outcome. They are the kindest people and I usually have awkward conversations but time went fast getting the tattoo done with the flow of conversation.
