I used their website to inquire about a piece I wanted, was responded to within 24hours via email by Justin. Over a couple days we conversed back and forth when we were available to go over what I was interested in, and then made plans for a consultation , where he gave me a day he was available. Walked in while he was doing some work on another person and was greeted by a female who went to speak to Justin. When he was available we spoke about my design and placement, and then about price points for sizes. Paid a deposit via phone and booked appointment. Really easy experience for someone who has never stepped foot in a shop.“
