I cannot speak to the quality of cleaning service but to the appointment process and cancelation. We canceled because, upon reviewing our carpet, we realized it was really beyond cleaning and needs to be replaced. Setting an appointment was a snap and so was canceling. If this is an indication of the kind of service we could expect, it's stellar. Sorry I couldn't have you clean our carpets, but grateful for the way you organize your business!
I have used Love's at least six times since 2014, and would not consider using any other carpet cleaning service.
