We called Roto-Rooter after another company didn't fix our problem. Our sewer main was backing up again just three days later. Our tech, Eddie Kalista, did a fantastic job of correcting the problem and then scoping the pipe to identify an additional problem. He kept me informed the whole time and presented his findings and solutions. He was able to clean AND scope our drain faster than the previous tech who didn't fix the problem. You get what you pay for. Great service.
Eddie was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Got here very quick, handled the issue without any problems. Definitely going to keep his number on the fridge. Thank you again!!!
Eddie Kalista was a great service person. Arrived before time which was a blessing with our situation. He answered all my many questions and was very knowledgeable, honest and polite.
Thank you.
