The technician, Luis, came out to do an inspection first. He was very patient, knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. When he came back to do the spray, he was on time and also very professional. Excellent customer service in the office as well. Friendly folks that get the job done and value their customers. I am a repeat customer to Twin Termite and Luis as my technician and I will continue to call upon them for my pest service needs.

Twin Termite was recommended to me by my awesome realtor Paulo Corro and my experience did not disappoint. Very professional, very timely, and they sent a subcontractor (Pasquett Roofing) that was also amazing. Our inspector along with Jasmine in the service department were very responsive, informative, and all around pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend Twin Termite and would use them again!
