I am so grateful to the team at Vacaville Pet Vet Clinic for taking such good care of my kitty. I had called at least 5 different clinics to get an appointment as soon as possible and everywhere else was booked out 2-3 weeks.
They were prompt, professional, and kind - even though they were clearly busy and we were new patients. The accommodation and availability was truly life-saving because they discovered my cat had a mass that required surgery to remove. They earned a patient for life! I also enjoyed seeing their gorgeous feline strutting around the office. Good vibes all around.
I love this office and love how they took care of my cat. I asked them to give me a second opinion and they not only did it but took us on as new clients. My dude was able to get treated within a week of being seen for that second opinion and he doing great. I am so grateful that they took us on and took such good care of him.
