I cannot say enough about Kayla and her healing hands! I went in today completely broken—my sciatica was flaring, and I could barely walk. She not only worked deep enough into the muscles to release the pain (that “hurt so good” feeling we all know is necessary), but she also incorporated stretching that truly felt like it reset my whole back. For the first time in a long time, I walked out feeling like the massage actually fixed my issues instead of just giving temporary relief.

This place is awesome. Super-clean and attractive massage studio, comfortable massage table, overall a welcoming and very comfortable, relaxing environment. Kayla is an exceptionally talented massage therapist and a total pro. She listens to what you need and want and tailors the massage to your specifications each time. I've been going to massage therapists for over 30 years, and some of them seem to "run a script." Kayla doesn't do that. Her techniques are expert, dynamic and responsive to your changing needs for each visit. Last week I went in with neck pain following a night on the mattress from hell (if you have a guest room, please be sure the mattress on that bed is fit for an adult human to sleep on!). After one massage, my neck range of motion was greatly increased, and the pain in my neck was greatly decreased. This made driving much more comfortable, and probably much safer (backing out of a parking space and turning my neck to look behind me was no longer a painful ordeal. Same with swiveling my neck to make sure it was safe to change lanes on the freeway while traveling at high speed). You can book online with ease, and the booking process will automatically populate your Google calendar with the time and date, so you don't have to remember to punch it in. Especially at this time of year, when folks tend to be busy during the holidays, it's nice to get some help with being well-organized. I can't recommend Firefly Massage, and Kayla, highly enough. She's great!
