We had a good experience recently with Carlos and his wife who drove all the way from Napa to Sonoma to do a large dump run for us. Our normal dump guy lost his truck, so I had been looking for a new one, and it appears I have found him! Carlos has a large box truck, which is better than a pickup truck because it holds more, and my dump Load was large. It certainly better to make less trips. This is our first time hiring them, but it appears to be a good choice. We will continue to use him and I will come back and write another review when I have more experience with him and I see consistency. I don't know what other services he offers but I'm sure in time I will find out, as I am in need of these things often, and I'll certainly be calling them again. Thank you Carlos! Talk to you soon!
Phil was prompt and really cleaned our lined chimney thoroughly, reaching the screened flue cap. No need to remove rugs etc.; his equipment completed contains soot and ash so that none escaped into the living room. Who knows how long it had been since our 1928 house had had a chimney sweeping but the flue and woodburning stove were left looking like new. If you're thinking, "Is it worth it?" Yes it is. If you're thinking, "Should I just rent a carpet cleaner and do it myself?" No you shouldn't. These guys are pros with heavy duty equipment and it's a whole different level of clean. Rugs like new. They're fast, considerate, careful and their pricing is very reasonable. I'll definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

From the very beginning, as we were trying to buy my husbands childhood home, to the final closing date, Drew was tirelessly working to make it happen! Everyone needs to support this local business simply for the quality of the human being who owns it - not to mention she's insanely talented and great at what she does. Seanna, the owner, took time on her off day, Sunday, to give my wife a blow out and shampoo service because my wife is fighting cancer and due to recent surgery, can't do her hair. She invited her to come in when the salon wasn't even open - then wouldn't even take $$ for it. Today was our son's 9th birthday party and it's one of the last days my wife will have her hair before chemotherapy takes it. The picture I've attached is 10 hours after Seanna did her hair and she looks like she just walked out of the salon. Sorry for the long review but do anything and everything you can to support Seanna and The Reverie. She deserves Napa's support.
The newly remodeled La Rouge, is so inviting! I have been going to Kelly for years and I will happily drive the hour + from my home to the salon just to make sure she gets her hands in my hair! I love this Supercuts! Most of the staff have been working here for many years and they all do great jobs!! The hours are a little different but it makes me happy to see the staff get some normalcy for scheduling. I think that contributes to how awesome the attitudes are of all the stylists! Megan cut my 6 year old daughter's hair beautifully today and really made her feel at ease. Lyndsay was my wedding hairdresser back in 2008 and was so great on that very busy day - I loved my wedding hair and my bridesmaids loved her work too. Since then, I've been getting my hair cut by Lyndsay and Megan. I have thick, curly hair that can be hard to cut and these two amazing women are experts.

I hesitate to evaluate this barber, because it might jeopardize my ability to get a haircut in the future. To say I was impressed is a mild sentiment, I originally came from Chicago in 2014, where I had my barber for 40+ years. I first came to the Bay, and was able to luck into an excellent barber, who ultimately retired. I came to Napa in 2017 and have been struggling to find a good barber. I always get asked: "What number do you want 3-5?" It wasn't until I met Kimberly, who explained that most of the current barbers are trained to do "fades" and cut to a number. They do not know how to blend your hair and cut it. I finally have found a home barber! Great job, Kim!

In september of 2022 i was in an accident and I broke my fib and Tib compound fracture. I went back to work in May of this year I had heard about the red light therapy through a friend. This place exceeded my expectations! I showed up as a walk-in as soon as they opened hoping they'd be willing to take me for a Mani and Pedi and they kindly squeezed me in. Jennifer (Theresa's sister) was so lovely. It's very affordable (regular mani for only $15). The location has parking on street and in the back. The inside is a cute little house that feels like home. My nails were all broken from pulling off my own gel (I know, I know), but Jennifer helped restore them to even nail beds and made them feel strong again.

I have been coming to this salon for over 15 years! Lynn & Kim really know what they are doing. I have terrible feet and I noticed that a large amount of the people they service also suffer from medical conditions that cause the feet to suffer. It really shows that they are compassionate and do a great job. I always get polka dots to hopefully draw away from my hammer toes and bunions! I usually spend at least an hour in the salon, also believe the reviews about the massage, they usually do about 5 mins per leg to get your circulation going!!Services: Polish removal

I just went there a couple weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised at the kindness of the folks there and the quality of the services. Two weeks later and my mani pedi is still holding up even though I have a job that requires constant handwashing. A lot of the negative reviews are from a few years ago so if you’re looking for a nail place, give them a go!

Samar gave me hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had!I have ultra thick, heavy hair. It looks straight when long but it’s very wavy. I asked her to take it up to approximately shoulder length and she crafted the most incredible, springy layered cut. I had over 9” taken off but had no “hair shock” because she did such an amazing job. I’ve had the cut for over a month and keep waking up to springy, natural curls that lay so cute and require basically no styling!For the quality of the cut, her prices are very reasonable. She’s also welcoming and friendly. I’m definitely planning on going back again!!

I hadn't gone to a real salon for color in about a decade. Been filling my roots with Henna, which isn't a problem, until you want to color your hair with something different and/or add highlights, as apparently Henna in the hair does not allow for new color to be added. Shelley accepted the challenge and spearheaded it, trying and testing different applications, even though it meant an even longer night. Once she was convinced her method was safe and would work, we forged ahead. She applied at least several masks over the duration of the treatment, fully knowing and customizing what my hair needed. Had a wonderful Microderm facial and extractions done yesterday with Linda. I most def will be going back again. She has the most adorable studio and it's so cute. She's professional and has you fill out disclosure forms as you should and makes sure you're well aware before going forward with the service. I'm almost 8 months pregnant and it was one of the most relaxing times I've had in a while. My skin looks great and she recommended some awesome products without being pushy. Nancy really made this spa visit worthwhile. Her massage was great. She has a rare ability to make a 50 min massage feel longer. I am an avid spa enthusiast and plan to return simply to get another massage with her. The facilities are not the best and some of the little touches of a high end spa are missing. For instance, lounge chairs are needed in the relaxation area not on the back patio, because it is winter. A small bench or seat in the showers. Empty boxes of tissue on the sinks. Very little explanation about food options or the complimentary sparkling wine would have been nice. I purchased a Travelzoo voucher so I am able to ignore these missing touches but had i paid full price, I would be disappointed. The 5 stars belong to Nancy’s hands.

It's a small little building right off the parking lot of the Napa river inn. It faces a parking lot and street so at times I felt like I could hear the outside noise but outside of that, it was an amazing experience! Would book with them again!

She is extremely intuitive about what her client's body needs and is adept at finding the trouble spots. She definitely has magic fingers and great instincts. Everting is replenished quickly (towels, frozen wash cloths, flavored water).Yovani gave me a CBD massage I’ll remember for the rest of my life. The beds are warmed. I didn’t get hassled for a tip because 20% was included. He made sure I was comfortable and all my problem areas were properly karate chopped.But the jacuzzi and steam room and general accommodations are worth remembering forever.I can’t wait to go back with my husband. I bought a water heater last week. I got there late Friday afternoon, they were very accommodating. The two clerks at the counter were friendly and very helpful. The unit was much higher quality than the one I was replacing and only $200 more. Once I fired it up it heated water quickly. Much more efficient than a heater one would find at Home Depot or Lowe's. I'll be back next time I need something.
Can't be beat. I sent Darren a photo of our broken 1 valve shower handle. He asked a few questions, arrived here on time, and with all the parts and tools necessary and completed the job in a half hour. What more to ask for! Highly recommend.

Jeff was at my house in less than 45 minutes on a Saturday evening and was super thorough. He found the problem and fixed it in 100° weather. Good guy. He will be our go to for all plumbing needs.
Hot water heater went out on Easter. I called and had an immediate answer. I appreciated that they were up front about the cost minimum for coming out and the Holiday/Emergency rate. Got a call back from our plumber within 10 mins from speaking with dispatcher and he was at our house within 30 mins. Ultimately the issue was due to electrical wiring however our plumber thoroughly inspected everything to make sure and safed off the electrical connections as added safety precaution.

I have infrequently been treated with the respect and knowledgeable serviceI received and most highly recommend checking in with Napa Electric for any electrical need you might have. Here's why. A week or so ago I finally decided to replace a blown bulb in an older vanity fixture. I found that the bulb was not a screw in but had two prongs and was very small. My first thought was to take it to Napa Electric here in Napa. M first visit was on a Friday. I was welcomed by a very friendly lady. She examined the bulb and told me it was a halogen and was unmarked as to wattage and she was hesitant to replace it not knowing same. She then suggested I check the other three bulbs in the fixture to see if one was marked. Away I go to check bulbs.After checking bulbs and removing the fixture from the wall to hopefully findsome info, I found none.On Monday then I took the bad news of no info back to Napa Electric. I then said that possibly replacing all the bulbs with LED's might be good as the halogens burned very hot. I then received a lesson in lumens. Having no knowledge of lumens, I had to ask the lumen output of incandescent bulbs to get a handle on what LED would work for me. (By the way, a 100 watt incandescent puts out 1500 lumens!)We decided on the lumens that might be appropriate and she was able to find four LED's that had what looked like the same prongs as my original halogen. I asked if I might bring these bulbs back if my wife did not like the output.SURPRISE! She said yes which I found unusual as most electrical products in my experience could not be returned.At home again I tried one of the bulbs and, alas, my wife said it was too bright. Even though the bulb lit it failed to click firmly into the receptacle.So here I am on day two no closer to having four working bulbs for my fixture. What to do? Aha, I realized that the single fixture in the shower room was of the same design as the one over the sinks and provided similarlight(lumens). I took it out and it was marked 40 watts.OK. Back to Napa Electric on Tuesday. I was sure that this nice lady had seen enough of me and would have understood if she had chased me out the door with an umbrella. But as before she was intent on helping me as she had before.I told her that the LED's I had bought on trial were too bright and did not click in securely. She looked at my shower room bulb but was unable to verify the 40 watt marking I had seen but took my word for it and was able to provide two 50 watt halogen bulbs and refund me for the LED's and my problem was resolved.Sound like a nightmare? To me it could have been without the friendly knowledgeable diligence of this lady behind the desk at Napa Electric.Mitch W.

I've always had a great experience with Silverado Electric. Their electrician Greg has performed many jobs for us, including new dimmer switches, a replacement circuit breaker box, and an electric car charging station. (The house was built in the 60s so it needs work!) We hope to have Silverado put in a new generator in 2021 and fix some more of our wiring. I always trust them to give us a competitive price and good service.
I called Monday morning about my backyard pond and waterfall. It had stopped working overnight. Jeff's son, Nate, said he would try to come by. He was here within two hours. He looked at it, went to his truck to get a tool and fixed it within 10 minutes!! What great, fast service. And, no charge. I will definitely call and use them again.

If you're thinking, "Is it worth it?" Yes it is. If you're thinking, "Should I just rent a carpet cleaner and do it myself?" No you shouldn't. These guys are pros with heavy duty equipment and it's a whole different level of clean. Rugs like new. They're fast, considerate, careful and their pricing is very reasonable. I'll definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

Chaz Kuhn Electric upgraded our main electric panel and came when they said, finished in the arranged time and were very pleasant to have on site. Chaz even furnished a quiet generator to run our refrigerator while the power was turned off by PGE to get the work done for part of the day. New panel looks great and site left clean. Will definitely use again. Chaz handeled the permit and PGE application and made the process easy.
Mike Nivens, the owner, was at my house within a few hours to fix my issue. He worked well past 5PM to address my issue, which I really appreciated. He is extremely friendly and did a great job in installing a smart lock that I was having trouble doing myself. He is competent and quickly finished the job. I would highly recommend Mike and his company for your around the house handyman issues.

Adam and his crew was nothing short of impressive!! Our home was in desperate need of new bathrooms, so I reached out to Creative Construction Company and Adam was quick to respond. He met me at the job site, to give me an estimate along with a time frame to begin and finish the project. We agreed on a contract a very short time later. He began construction on time and ended the project EARLY; unheard of, it was wonderful!! It was quite a project, and came with a few unknown surprises. This did not phase Adam or his team. Zoran and Vesna are the best. My husband and I are staying in Napa doing a remodel which is over an hour away. We found their store initially to ask some questions since they were close to where we are temporarily living. Well after a couple of visits, we were so pleased with the service they gave, we decided to give them the business to do our kitchen quartz countertop, bathroom shower tiling, and heat warming tile floors. We had so many questions, and they spent many hours with us working out everything before we began the projects. Now that the projects are done, everything looks top notch. And you really know how great a business is by the way they handle any potential problems. I'm extremely picky (who isn't with a remodel), and I wanted a couple areas of the caulking fixed on our quartz countertop. They sent their guy over right away, and he redid all the caulking with a closer color match. This is the first time we have used Napa Valley Tree Service, and we are very pleased with their work. Dan and his friendly crew were right on time, and they did a beautiful job of pruning a very large Podocarpus heritage tree, and Magnolia in our backyard. He shared the philosophy and systems which comprise his practice; namely, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Foundation Training (FT). After making an assessment, I was thoughtfully prescribed certain exercises tailored to my ailments which I can continue on my own back in the east coast. The adjustments gave me immediate relief. The fabulous things about a visit with Douglas Mosher, is that his method is very holistic, and addresses many levels. a session helps one's body and energy field to accept the changes that feel like nudges in specific areas and directions to encourage the body to release stuck joints, injuries and trauma, holding tension and misalignments in bones, muscles and tendons, so it is very exacting, and addresses the wisdom/energy of the body, so the body cooperates and allows the specific changes, which are so appropriate.I have benefited greatly from his treatments, and a lot is accomplished during a visit. He most recently released my hip misalignments and sacrum and low back spasms from moving sofas in my living room, pushing with my upper leg. (I should know better, sometimes we just want to get something done, and rush into it)

My GP doctor recommended Lazarus Wellness based on information she received from several of her patients who had received treatment there. I would like to rate Dr. Jared at 100 stars, but it looks I have to keep it in the one to five range. SO, I GIVE DR. JARED FIVE STARS!!!!! Recently, I made a body movement that caused my degenerative spine and my sciatica nerve to cross paths and leave me in a lot of pain. Silverado isn't the cheapest veterinary hospital / clinic, nor is it the most expensive, not by a long shot. However, if you want elite pet care from staff that actually care about your pet, this is where you should bring them.I've had all of my pets taken care of here since we moved here. We did try 3 other vets and were very disappointed in everyone else's level of care. I would recommend Silverado Veterinary Hospital as the place to bring your pets foot their care.
Made an appointment for an annual checkup on the kitty. The staff there were all very kind and efficient, and everything went smooth and well.Parking was abundant, and access to the facility is practical.

Dr Mary, Dr Lester and Dr Dyson are top notch vets at Napa Small Animal Hospital. Convenient, good techs, fair prices, always insightful options offered. The only issue is that when short staffed they can be hard to get an appt with (which is frustrating w/a sick pet), but hopeful they are staffed up now as last appt was very easy to secure.
Took my dog in on an emergency basis. Got in immediately. Vet was thorough and caring. I was expecting a huge bill but it was actually reasonable. They do seem to have issues with their office staff as I could hear them loudly arguing but hopefully they get that part resolved.
Really enjoyed the couples message. Inexpensive compared to other places pricing.

Writing a review for Jennel’s Healing Bodywork. I received a one hour massage and a one hour facial last week on 2/18/24. The location was easy to find, I parked on the street nearby and Jennel welcomed me at the door. The site was clean, warm and Jennel is a calm, soothing, attentive and skilled healer. I appreciated her use of acupressure points to target the sore areas on my body, and she made a point of checking in with me on level of pressure. I left rejuvenated, light and relieved from my scalp down to my toes. I highly recommend Jennel and her services and I will be back for more soon.

Barbara is magical and I just wish I could clone her. I am a massage lover and have been getting routine sessions for almost 25 years, but nobody holds a candle to Barbara...
