Jennifer (Theresa's sister) was so lovely. It's very affordable (regular mani for only $15). The location has parking on street and in the back. The inside is a cute little house that feels like home. My nails were all broken from pulling off my own gel (I know, I know), but Jennifer helped restore them to even nail beds and made them feel strong again.
I've been coming here for many many years and Maria and & Julie are amazing!! My nails always are perfectly done and they don't take forever to get the job done which I love!! Plus they give the BEST massages!! Super friendly and kind too!

I've been a customer of Lyndsay and Megan for years and I can't believe it has taken me this long to review them! Megan cut my 6 year old daughter's hair beautifully today and really made her feel at ease. Lyndsay was my wedding hairdresser back in 2008 and was so great on that very busy day - I loved my wedding hair and my bridesmaids loved her work too. Since then, I've been getting my hair cut by Lyndsay and Megan. I have thick, curly hair that can be hard to cut and these two amazing women are experts.

I hesitate to evaluate this barber, because it might jeopardize my ability to get a haircut in the future. To say I was impressed is a mild sentiment, I originally came from Chicago in 2014, where I had my barber for 40+ years. I first came to the Bay, and was able to luck into an excellent barber, who ultimately retired. I came to Napa in 2017 and have been struggling to find a good barber. I always get asked: "What number do you want 3-5?" It wasn't until I met Kimberly, who explained that most of the current barbers are trained to do "fades" and cut to a number. They do not know how to blend your hair and cut it. I finally have found a home barber! Great job, Kim!

I came today for my Swedish massage and Ofelia was my therapist. Not only I was super relaxed from the moment I walked in, Ofelia gave me an amazing massage. The place is very clean, nicely decorated and you just feel comfortable! This is a Latino owned business and I am so proud of them! That said, Shumin is so skilled it would be a shame not to tell others. I've been to many very good deep tissue massage therapists. Shumin provides an entirely higher level of massage than I have experienced. If you prefer a lighter touch, that is an option also. For those who want a deep-down, all muscle, life-changing experience, I suggest 90 minutes Physiotherapy TuiNa Massage. You may want to Uber there and back. I was so relaxed, I had to wait 10 minutes in my car to clear my head before driving.

We went to Napa for my husband's birthday. My husband needed a massage, so I messaged Alfonso the night before we arrived Napa and Alfonso responded to my request promptly. The next morning, Alfonso arrived our hotel room 15 minutes early. He gave my husband a 90 minutes massage, and my husband has nothing to say but positive feedback about it. He said he had never felt better! After the massage, Alfonso even gave us some advice on how to keep our body in the right position. If we visit Napa again, we will definitely call Alfonso!

Pre-pandemic review: Came here with a friend of mine for back and foot massages since we'd been very stressed at work lately. They had just relocated to their current location on Trancas. We checked in and were escorted to each of our rooms. The massage was firm and effective. The masseuse tried his best to understand me when I asked him to adjust the pressure. My friend and I were able to be in the same room for the foot massages. We felt very relaxed afterwards and vowed to come back together soon!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kelly Pagenderm, the most amazing colorist and hair dresser I have ever had the pleasure to experience. Not only does my custom color look better than it has ever looked the cut is perfect! I cant stop flipping my hair, even after I slept on it, it was perfect! I have received so many compliments saying how young I look and how well she made the color match my skin tone. The cut is sassy, modern and bouncy, perfectly cut to match the shape of my face. I suggest going to Kelly and just letting her do what she thinks would work for you! I promise you will not be disappointed. She is not only crazy talented but she is an amazing human and conducts herself with the utmost integrity, character and work ethic!

Rachel has completely changed my skin. I have struggled with acne since a teenager, and have never found a skin routine that would get rid of the cystic acne. I started going to Rachel about 2 months ago and she set me up with new products for at home skin care and scheduled skin peels and light therapy every two weeks. She gave thorough details of the steps for the morning and night routine, and took an additional step to make sure the makeup I use is right for my skin. Both the routine and the peels have gotten more intense week by week to ensure my skin can handle it, and so they are progressively affective. I seriously have never had more clear skin consistently for a period of time. On top of that, she is kind, humorous, intelligent, fun to talk to and just an absolute sweet heart. Her knowledge on skin care is incredibly outstanding from anyone else I’ve seen before. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone!!

I had a last minute need to get Priia makeup, which is the absolute best acne safe mineral makeup line and Trish was so accommodating with getting me in for a color match. She really took her time with the color match to make sure I left happy with my purchase. Trish was genuinely just a nice person to engage with. While I haven't received a facial (yet), I can tell she truly cares for her clients and gives them her upmost attention. Look forward to getting a facial soon!

Had a wonderful Microderm facial and extractions done yesterday with Linda. I most def will be going back again. She has the most adorable studio and it's so cute. She's professional and has you fill out disclosure forms as you should and makes sure you're well aware before going forward with the service. I'm almost 8 months pregnant and it was one of the most relaxing times I've had in a while. My skin looks great and she recommended some awesome products without being pushy. My facial with Christian was AMAZING!!! My skin is prone to blackheads so extractions are important to me with my treatments and when I've been to other places, I've always left with redness & welting for a few hours following the treatment (just something I came to accept). Christian extracted all the ickyness from my pores with minimal pain and applied various cooling & healing serums/creams leaving my skin feeling & looking unclogged and clear with none of the usual redness and welting I experience. I bought a water heater last week. I got there late Friday afternoon, they were very accommodating. The two clerks at the counter were friendly and very helpful. The unit was much higher quality than the one I was replacing and only $200 more. Once I fired it up it heated water quickly. Much more efficient than a heater one would find at Home Depot or Lowe's. I'll be back next time I need something.
Called for a problem that ended up being a really simple fix that I should have been able to take care of myself. Same-day service, the plumber could not have been nicer, and there was no charge. Much appreciated on all fronts and I will be using in the future!
Jeff was at my house in less than 45 minutes on a Saturday evening and was super thorough. He found the problem and fixed it in 100° weather. Good guy. He will be our go to for all plumbing needs.
Hot water heater went out on Easter. I called and had an immediate answer. I appreciated that they were up front about the cost minimum for coming out and the Holiday/Emergency rate. Got a call back from our plumber within 10 mins from speaking with dispatcher and he was at our house within 30 mins. Ultimately the issue was due to electrical wiring however our plumber thoroughly inspected everything to make sure and safed off the electrical connections as added safety precaution.

I've always had a great experience with Silverado Electric. Their electrician Greg has performed many jobs for us, including new dimmer switches, a replacement circuit breaker box, and an electric car charging station. (The house was built in the 60s so it needs work!) We hope to have Silverado put in a new generator in 2021 and fix some more of our wiring. I always trust them to give us a competitive price and good service.
Napa Electric has done amazing work for me! They are super responsive and one of the best electricians in the area! They are pricey but to me, so worth it! I know when they are working on my home they will make sure to install everything correctly and work clean and safe. I called Monday morning about my backyard pond and waterfall. It had stopped working overnight. Jeff's son, Nate, said he would try to come by. He was here within two hours. During the project I was informed of any issues and I was consulted prior to them doing the work. The cost is about average compared to other companies but the service was exceptional.

Had a broken thermostat on one of the coldest mornings in Napa. Called Denny's Heating and Air Conditionin. Dennis came out right away and not only replaced my thermostat but also replaced all my filters and crawled up in the attic to confirm the heater was in good condition ( I was concerned about the overflow pan). I wouldn't use anyone else in the Valley for my heating or air conditioning needs. Dennis was very polite, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY reasonable.DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

My friend recommended Steve who responded by showing up in less than 24 hours, quickly diagnosing and solving the problem. (It was the thermostat.) Zoran and Vesna are the best. My husband and I are staying in Napa doing a remodel which is over an hour away. We found their store initially to ask some questions since they were close to where we are temporarily living. Well after a couple of visits, we were so pleased with the service they gave, we decided to give them the business to do our kitchen quartz countertop, bathroom shower tiling, and heat warming tile floors. We had so many questions, and they spent many hours with us working out everything before we began the projects. Now that the projects are done, everything looks top notch. And you really know how great a business is by the way they handle any potential problems. I'm extremely picky (who isn't with a remodel), and I wanted a couple areas of the caulking fixed on our quartz countertop. They sent their guy over right away, and he redid all the caulking with a closer color match. They really went above and beyond because I didn't expect them to redo all the caulking, so I REALY appreciated it. Thank you, Vesna and Zoran! We can't wait to move into our newly remodeled home.

This is the first time we have used Napa Valley Tree Service, and we are very pleased with their work. Dan and his friendly crew were right on time, and they did a beautiful job of pruning a very large Podocarpus heritage tree, and Magnolia in our backyard. We appreciated that Dan would check with us from time to time to make sure we were having the same vision for the tree, as it is a lovely specimen. There are No Words to describe my overwhelming gratitude for Dr. Henderson & his assistant John. I arrived in severe, complex pain due to a recent dancing injury that I somewhat ignored :-( Healthcare Professionals (including myself) could not decipher the root cause… we had to unpeel the mess (groin, hip, spine, knee… a ton of muscle tension). He shared the philosophy and systems which comprise his practice; namely, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Foundation Training (FT). After making an assessment, I was thoughtfully prescribed certain exercises tailored to my ailments which I can continue on my own back in the east coast. The adjustments gave me immediate relief. The fabulous things about a visit with Douglas Mosher, is that his method is very holistic, and addresses many levels. a session helps one's body and energy field to accept the changes that feel like nudges in specific areas and directions to encourage the body to release stuck joints, injuries and trauma, holding tension and misalignments in bones, muscles and tendons, so it is very exacting, and addresses the wisdom/energy of the body, so the body cooperates and allows the specific changes, which are so appropriate.I have benefited greatly from his treatments, and a lot is accomplished during a visit. He most recently released my hip misalignments and sacrum and low back spasms from moving sofas in my living room, pushing with my upper leg. (I should know better, sometimes we just want to get something done, and rush into it)

Sorry this is going to be a bit long, but if you're looking for a new vet - I highly recommend CPH! I have two kitties that I bring to CPH for all their needs - day-time emergency and routine care (this is not a 24/7 pet hospital). We found ourselves at CPH when our cats were having stomach issues one morning after breakfast, and needed to be seen immediately. We were able to call CPH and get in quickly to treat the issue right away. Dr. Silver and her staff handled the situation very well and calmed my nerves (turns out, it was likely a bad batch of cat food). Afterwards, we were told our cats had a bit of buildup on their teeth (have you ever tried to brush a cats teeth? It's impossible...). I had noticed some buildup along their gum line before and so we went ahead and booked an appointment to do blood work prior to the teeth cleaning. Now, I read some reviews where people were not happy with the 'pre-blood work' requirements - but let me tell you why this is important! Today I received a call from Dr. Silver letting me know that both of my cats had healthy bloodwork come back, but my boy cat had displayed a low heart rate compared to the average cat... This is very important because had they not done the proper screening before his teeth cleaning, he could have had major complications during this procedure. I am SO thankful they do this screening not only because it makes sure my cats are safe during any surgery, but because they are able to discover other possible health markers to watch out for and re-test. We plan to do a heart rate test before the procedure to make sure he isn't dealing with any heart disease AND to make sure he is safe for the teeth cleaning (which a cat has to be knocked-out for). And yes, there are additional costs associated with this kind of care, but I would absolutely pay more $$$ than possibly have a devastating consequence for my pet. Thank you Dr. Silver and CPH team for keeping my kitties safe and as healthy as they can be :D
