“This review is for Brittney! I have trust issues when it comes to anyone touching my hair. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I needed a lil makeover/me time before the baby comes. Coming in was a bit nerve wrecking for me. The last time I cut my hair was 4 years ago and my hair was just above my bottom. Anyways, making the appointment was a breeze. Booked it with the receptionist, but because I was a first time customer I did have to pay up 50% which was a great thing because I probably would've chickened out lol. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions, even from our first interaction regarding my service request. She provided different color options prior to the appointment, which I really appreciated. During the appointment, she explained each step of the process, and even provided a bottle of shampoo to help keep my color in good condition. “I'm gonna be honest, I NEVER write reviews. But I had such an amazing time today with Celine for a lash lift that I cannot shut up about it. She is so warm and kind. She greeted me at the door and immediately got to work. The room is so comfy and cozy as well! I talked to her the entire time and it was so easy to talk that I kinda forgot I was there getting my lashes done. The process was quick and I personally didn't experience any discomfort. I called my sister right when I left to tell her what a great experience I had. I can't speak on how long my lash lift lasted because I just got it done, but I had a lovely time and I can't stop fluttering my lashes. Emily was referred to me by a friend. Emily is a great stylist. She keeps up with trends, is friendly, and is very talented. If you ask her if a style will look good, she is honest and supportive of trying new things. She will tell you if something is not a great fit if you don't want to change your routine or if its's not flattering. Her prices are reasonable and her customer service is great. As for the actual salon, it's very clean. They have some upgraded amenities to make your time there feel elevated but never snooty. The stylists and other pros have a nice rapport. Very welcoming establishment. Emily and the cute salon vibe make driving 25 miles to my haircut worth it.“
