Oak Animal Hospital is highly praised for its compassionate and professional care. Clients appreciate the friendly staff, particularly Dr. K, who takes the time to connect with pets and address all concerns without rushing. The office is described as clean, and the receptionists are helpful, providing information about options, including an online pharmacy. Clients have been going to Oak Animal Hospital for over 14 years and each vet has been exceptional. The team is amazing, extremely caring, and willing to discuss options to ensure the absolute best care for your pet. Clients never feel rushed, and the vets provide multiple treatment options, taking the time to answer questions thoroughly. Oak Animal Hospital has earned a loyal following for its dedication to both pets and their owners.
My cat swallowed a mylar ribbon covering the glue strip of a package. I brought her in and the staff were (as always) attentive, compassionate, and thorough in explaining the method of treatment. Thankfully they were able to get her to vomit the ribbon and we were no worse for wear. Thanks to the staff and doctors for always doing such a great job with my cats. I highly recommend Oak Animal Hospital to care for your pets.
I absolutely love this veterinarian practice! Very professional, knowledgeable, stay on top of everything. Very kind and friendly. Top-notch care I could not ask for more. I left another local Vacaville vet that I became unhappy with them. Vacaville in this place is so much better. Highly recommend 10 out of 10. People I have ran into in the lobby have been there 15 to 25 years.! amazing that’s and amazing staff!
Dr. K and her staff at Oak Animal Hospital are truly amazing. They take the time to listen to you, completely exam your animal and not rush the appointment time at all. I have been going here for over 14 years and each vet has been exceptional. They don’t push extra tests or costs and are wonderful vets!
