Haven't gotten my tattoo yet, but thought it was important to speak of my booking experience and consultation. I used their website to inquire about a piece I wanted, was responded to within 24hours via email by Justin. Over a couple days we conversed back and forth when we were available to go over what I was interested in, and then made plans for a consultation , where he gave me a day he was available. Walked in while he was doing some work on another person and was greeted by a female who went to speak to Justin. I've been getting tattooed by Justin at Ponderosa for a couple years now. He is always very respectful, and communicates effectively to understand exactly what kind of tattoo I want. What I like most about him (besides being a cool dude), is that he is very efficient and capable of maintaining a high quality standard within a broad range of various tattoo styles. He's very versatile. He works quick and methodically. He doesn't lollygag, or take a million breaks, and he is great about scheduling. Surprisingly, these are traits difficult to find in most tattoo artists. This is why I ALWAYS recommend Ponderosa to anyone who asks where they should get a tattoo. I recommend checking out the killer work they are producing and posting on instagram. It's a great digital portfolio. Justin takes pride in his shop and always goes the extra mile to cater to his customers. I appreciate it. Thank you for everything.
I have been getting tattooed by Justin for about 6 years now and have had a great experience every time. From small filler tattoos, to an entire back piece, he has amazed me every time. Recently got my head done by Steve at the shop also, and came out great. Cant recommend Ponderosa enough.
