My little dog had 8 teeth extracted, including 3 molars. Everything went well and she was well cared for. It’s a complicated procedure, especially with molars. My only complaint is that the estimate was for $2,000 max and I committed to $1500. The bill was $3145 which is a 50% increase. You could have knocked me over with a feather, but what could I do? I felt like I’d been played although the price was likely justified. My daughter is a Vet -too far away to have her do it, but she felt the price was reasonable. Still, a better estimate would have made it easier to take.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vet was very personable, knowledgeable, and I loved how she had a plan to get to the root cause of the issue at hand. I would highly recommend!
My visit was great. The team is so loving and it is truly obvious they love what they do. The staff works hard and always does their best to fit me in ASAP of it's a serious situation and the Dr. Has even offered to come in before opening when my dog was really sick. Thank you all so much for you caring hearts.
