“Tech Kevin was on time and very thorough.He walked me through our unit, showing me pictures, and explaining in detail exactly what he found. And what he recommended. He did not try to upsell me or pressure in anyway. He was Very pleasant and thorough..We haven’t had any actual work done on this unit. We are still mulling over estimates and options. But I have used Right Now Air in the past, they installed a quiet whole house fan that we absolutely love. It makes the summers in Vacaville bearable.The office staff who answered the phone and set appointments, and give info are always pleasant and helpful also.“

“Generally, I have bad luck hiring contractors. Austin's is the serious exception. They were on time, efficient, and downright nice!Our A/c went out when it was 98 degrees out. I'm disabled, and the heat really messes with me, so I called Austin's because it came up first in a Google search. I called on a Sunday afternoon and got a call back to schedule for Monday -- the next day.All through the process, every employee treated me with respect and concern, and they "got it" about my concerns. All the way through the process, from troubleshooting to final inspection, I didn't have to do anything else.Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and call Austin's when you need HVAC work.“
