Today was my son’s first visit with Bo at The Merchant Barbershop. We were recommended by another member of our community. The barbershop had great style, good music, and Bo gave my son an amazing haircut. We definitely look forward to going back again.
I took my 8 year old here for a cut and we saw Bo. He is very patient and nice to kids. When we arrived he was cutting a much younger boys hair and even though the little guy wiggled and took longer putting him behind schedule he stayed kind and positive. My son’s hair looks great!! No worked with my sons super straight texture and humongous cowlick and it turned out very clean! Bo talked to my son and interacted with him and my son actually had a good experience. The otter pop after the cut definitely helped. Highly recommend for all ages.
My 15 month old son needed a haircut. So many mom’s from a mom group I’m in recommended Bo. I googled the shop and I’ll be honest, it was not the vibe I pictured for my baby’s first haircut. I imagined my son sitting in a little car or plane seat, watching a movie while he got his hair done. But Bo was so highly recommended that I took a leap of faith and booked. And I am so glad I did. Bo was amazing. So personable and kind. Great with my son, and was seeing two other boys when we arrived. You can just tell he loves working with children. It takes a special type of person to work with kids and he just has that gift. He was so patient with my son....read full review
