Eye lashes are flawless I always get compliments. I had a teeth whitening that turned out really nice. No sensitivity at all. Jesse's is the best Barber shop in the area, for all age groups! I got haircut from Jesse once and Mercedes the other time. Both did a wonderful job. This is were my barber moved to, the place is really clean and professional (all of the barbers) they all very friendly and highly recommended , just be advised that they always have not a very appropriate music for minors.
I’ve been getting my haircut by Drew before he even moved to this location. After having traveled all over the USA for the last few years for work, I had to use at least 60 different barbers and can honestly say Drew has always been the more detailed with his work out of anybody else. If I lived in SoCal I’d be a regular again like I was years ago but now I’m always on the move. One thing I’ve noticed about Drew as compared to other barbers, is he always cares about the details, the little things. Other barbers want to rush it, and don’t do basic stuff that I assumed all barbers did just because I was accustomed to Drew’s meticulousness any time I got my haircut from him. I can honestly say Drew is responsible in some way for me dating so many SoCal baddies because he had my haircut looking fresh so I had the confidence to shoot my shot at girls out of my league! Also, Drew is a chill barber, one you actually can chat with. Some barbers I’ve experienced are either dead silent and not friendly, or they talk wayyy too much, but chatting with Drew was always good vibes.
Quality work, cleanliness, cool vibes are the 3 main things I want in a barber and Drew checks all 3 boxes.
James is his coowner is also good people. I’ve never gotten cut by him but I’ve seen his work and he’s legit too. These guys, Drew and James were coming into my family’s restaurant back in the day when I was in my early 20’s and they always tipped well, were respectful and good vibes so you know they’re good people too. Two solid guys running a great barbershop. I highly recommend.
Took my son in for a haircut for the 1st time today based on a recommendation from my nail lady. This is a local family owned business and is well known in San Marcos. Upon walk in, I immediately noticed how friendly and welcoming the barbers were; I came in with my 3 kids after booking an apt a few days prior. Jeffry did a phenomenal job with my son's hair, accommodated all of his requests, and even inquired about his soccer career. Photo included for reference. This shop is clean and professional, while waiting I looked at several other barbers work it was very precise/custom to each client. Pricing is comparable to other shops. Highly recommend. They do get busy, so make sure to book head.

I'm from Dallas but called in to have my brother in law in California to be seen for a haircut and beard trim. His dad died a week ago and he has been without work and in somewhat of depression for a while now. This was apart of raising his spirits and getting his self esteem to where it needed to be for him to go out and find work and now take on the task of being the man of the house so to speak. He went with my husband, his step brother and was promptly seen by Alex. My husband couldn't say enough good things about the establishment and about Alex. I have been here twice, once with Anthony and once with Gabriel. Both times I had great service and felt very welcome. I have little to no knowledge about razors, clippers, and short hair styles in general but they took good care of me and helped me achieve what I was aiming for. Good environment too. Very understanding and they charge a very decent price for the quality of service.

I have been going to Fashion Nails for over 20 years. Kim, the owner, has watched my daughters grow up and they also go there. I was there this morning and always am so amazed at how quickly and efficient Kim did my gel manicure. I had last been in 2 months ago, my last gel was still intact! Grown out a lot, but still great condition!!! We always recommend her when friends, family ask where we get our nails done.

Absolute favorite place to get my nails done. They are quick, fairly priced, the salon is clean, relaxing (some places are loud, have chemical smells) but not here. They play good music at a low level, show things on the TV you’d actually want to watch. I used to dread getting my nails done but not anymore. Also love that I can book appts via text message. Staff is so friendly, I won’t go anywhere else now that I I’ve found it.

I went in with high hopes since it has high review compared to other nail salons around, but like another customer said, they do lack in customer service. Lol they were all sitting on their phones on th couches and never made eye contact just said they could take me in. They sent over a guy. The overall service was 7/10. I was not wowed by it nor a single word was said to me. But the other 2 customer that came in between my time said to get AMY. So I'll try again with Amy.

I’ve only been here a few times recently, but loved it each time. The young girl who works reception, I didn’t get her name, is kind and helpful. She helped me pick out a new gel color and I love it. Mason is a fantastic massager. I go in and get the royal mani/pedi and I just can’t say enough nice things about him. It makes you feel like you’re in a real spa, and it’s a great way to close out your weekend on a Sunday afternoon. I have lupus and fibromyalgia and neuropathy, and Mason is magic with my hands and feet. I’ve had acrylics done by a couple of different people there as a walk in, and you can’t lose. I called earlier that day for a Mani-Pedi same day service. I was warmly greeted and asked to go to the restroom after I choose my nail color. Everyone was busy but smiling and friendly. Clean environment. Gave printed out receipts and told me I could sit and enjoy the massage chair for as long as I wanted. Super nice!

Dawn is the best hair dresser in the world the most hard working the most dedicated to her work and I've been going here for 4 years and my hair with extensions has gotten healthier and longer and thicker and she does everything with care and the best and takes her time even when my extensions take all day to put in we chat and she's so caring and friendly and is continuously learning new methods of hair styling and in my case threading the extension weaves in so I am gladly going to be her first when she is ready to do that. I've gotten all kinds of coloring done and she just rocks. Great prices and worth every penny spent. I love you Dawn! EXCELLENT service at A-1 Sewing & Vacuum Center in San Marcos. Saw some great reviews about this repairman. Drove out from Oceanside to get my Shark vacuum cleaner serviced. The internal hose was torn open and the filters needed replacement. I was going to wrap duct tape around it, but special tools were needed to access the hose. Crossed my mind to buy a new one at Costco for about $200. Oscar replaced the entire hose and filters on my Shark within 24 hours. $40+.
This guy Oscar has the best upbeat attitude. Truly loves his work and loves each day. His aura alone was worth the drive out. Just a modest older repairman who fixes things that many of us would otherwise toss out.??

Once again; great customer service, on time, clean and tidy, plus unlike renting a carpet cleaning machine that's cheaper and leaves your carpet soaking wet, thanks to Down to Earth the carpets were almost dry by that night and completely dry by the next day. After a water container leaked in our pantry and seeped underneath the laminate, we wanted to replace the laminate with a more waterproof flooring material but were having difficulty finding a company that does both laminate and tile installation for smaller projects. I was very excited to find Interior Technique Flooring through Yelp, as many of the reviews mentioned how helpful they are with repairing flooring after flooding and that they specialize in all kinds of flooring as well. The reviews also mentioned how friendly the owners and installers are, and I couldn't agree more after working with them on this project.
Dustin was very helpful and creative and offered several different solutions to help us use existing floorboards to repair the area in front of our pantry so that the color match would be seamless. We decided to make our whole kitchen tile to help prevent future flooding problems and also provide a fun pop of color. We selected the tile from the ones they had in their showroom, and Ryan was very helpful with getting us a sample to take home and giving us info on the tile options.
Mike made sure that scheduling went smoothly and our kitchen was back to normal within 5 days which was so helpful given we have a three year old daughter who wanted to check out all exposed sub flooring. We also have to give a shout out to the laminate and tile installers and the plumber as well. Everyone did a great job and was very clean and polite.

This company just came out and did a big job for our HOA. We had a lot of deferred landscaping. We also as a HOA don’t have a lot of extra funds. Dago was very kind and came out to walk the property a few times as we had to minimize the work being done. My mom was in need of having a fruitless olive tree in her backyard trimmed-it had many dead branches (including some on the roof of the house), she also a needed a diseased Meyer lemon tree removed. The olive tree had previously been trimmed by somebody else several years ago and we were all extremely disappointed by the work and apparent lack of knowledge of how to properly trim the tree. After doing research we chose the Tree Barber. A call was made and an appointment set with Luke Rider to provide an estimate. A few days later, he arrived and explained to my mom what needed to be done and he gave her an estimate including clean up and hauling away the branches along with the diseased lemon tree. He also gave her an estimate for trimming the 2 liquid amber trees in the front yard-which he said should be done in the fall. Both estimates seemed quite fair and a week or so later the team arrived to do the work. A final inspection of the job was done by Paul Rider. All services were finished quickly and well done from estimate to trimming to clean up!!!! We would highly recommend them to anyone.
Saw them working on trees around the corner from our home so I called and asked if they could trim one large queen palm for us and they did it that day. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. They cleaned up all debris, fronds and saw dust. I highly recommend!

Always 5 Stars for San Marcos Family Dental! I've know Dr. Joanna since she and her husband first opened the practice, which has to be at least a decade ago... And I have been dealing with a lot of dentists the last year and a half with helping my mom with some issues (mainly on the east coast) and let me just say, the dental industry overall is a disappointment.
San Marcos Family Dental is different! First of all, it's so clean, you can eat off the floor... The staff are kind and friendly and very welcoming... EVERY ONE of them!
I had a dental emergency and was able to get in at 8am the next day. I was emotional and in a LOT of pain. Dr. Reppas has an amazing bedside manner and is a very calming force. By the time I left I was calm and collected and knew exactly what the next steps were to get me on track.

I love this place. My husband made me go because my sciatica was debilitating and I wasn't getting any sleep. No comfortin walking, standing, or sitting either. ( Hubby was also getting no rest listening to me complain) I also have neck and shoulder issues that are being addressed. Hadn't been to the chiropractor in 20 years and I was cracked like a glow stick by my Dr.

10/10 recommend Dr. Fermin! I went to him in an emergency situation for Vertigo upon a friend's recommendation and was warmly greeted by him and his staff. I don't know if he actually had an opening that day or just took pity on me, but he gave me an adjustment right then and there and my Vertigo was instantly relieved! Finally, after 3 days of dizziness, and ER visit and no other MD that could (would?) help me. Dr. Fermin is efficient, fair, knowledgeable and funny! He definitely has a new client for life!

I was in a car accident and had pain in my back and my neck. I need to get adjusted and I’m so glad to have been presented this team because they do incredible work. I went to them over the course of 30 days and as time went on I could feel the pain in my body lessen. Dr.Cafagna and his team are wonderful and they listen to your needs, provide the best care and are very friendly and welcoming. Very glad and relieved to have the treatments from Dr. Magie over the years. I've been to a few chiropractic doctors over my lifetime, but none as special as Dr. Tracie Magie. No "bone crunching" but instead, gentle cranial adjustments as points on the body are checked. Healing indeed takes place. It is important to rest a couple hours after a treatment so the body can get maximum results. I am due for a few more rounds of treatment having been hit by a drunk driver. I am reassured that Dr. Magie can help realign me.
I can’t thank Dr. Gary and Wendy enough for everything they’ve done for me. After my car accident, I was dealing with injuries and unsure where to start. From my very first visit, they made me feel supported and cared for. Dr. Gary took the time to understand what I was going through and created a treatment plan that truly helped me heal. Wendy was always welcoming and made every appointment smooth and comfortable.
I’m feeling so much better thanks to them—highly recommend this place to anyone who needs real care and compassion!
Lower back pain was making it difficult to move and my regular chiropractor was unavailable. I happened to be near the office and stopped in. Dr. Edwards had a time a slot available and agreed to see me. 40 minutes later I walked out pain free.

I've been going to Dr. Tim for over a month. He is very knowledgeable in muscles as well as in bones and joints. He has introduced me to exercises that have greatly reduced the pain I had. He also has a nice 'bedside' manner.

Dr Gertz and everyone at SoCal Vet is amazing, I can call and not feel like I am the crazy Frenchie Mom. They always ease my concerns and doesn’t do unnecessary things. I am always given the least expensive option and what can wait vs what might be needed. I honestly considered not moving because of this dr and vet staff but unfortunately I need to, but definitely considering any routine visit will entail a San Marcos Visit. Kona and I will very well miss coming here.
Dr Ichord and and his entire team looked after and cared for my beloved pets 5+ years ago. I relocated to Vegas and came back 7 years later with my new pup as my others passed a while ago and the vet entire practice etc. are here still. I was so relieved and happy. If that doesn't speak volumes on how great the care for your furbaby is, customer service and operations are Im not sure what will :) coming back this many years later and still extremely satisfied. I called so many vets clinics hospitals you name it the prices were all very very high for the exam, blood panel and more as, therefore the things you want to get many items addressed or done you have to do slowly if on a budget. There prices are way more reasonable and more family minded in my opinion. Dr. Ichord and even the front office team explains everything out to where you don't ever feel rushed, you don't feel like you left missing anything and your dog/animal comes out happy. The appointment is worth the wait if you have to trust me. Riley will always come here :) thank you San Marcos Vet Clinic taking care of us always!
We have been bringing our Siamese cats here for nearly twenty years. The vets are thorough, consistent, and easy to trust. They keep us on top of vaccinations, grooming needs, and solid recommendations for food and wellness. Dr Young also helped us navigate the recent loss of our girl who made it to 18 years, and we are grateful for the care she provided.
The girls at the desk were very nice and helpful. Dr. Choi answered all questions I had and really took his time to exam Chip.

I am posting another 5 star review for the amazing staff at Twin Oaks - and especially, Dr. Watanabe! My dog had what appeared to be a partial nasal obstruction and I was terrified that it was a malignant neoplasm (I work in oncology). Dr. Watanabe made time to see us and discussed all options including a nasal exam under sedation with potential biopsy and culture. She immediately called after his pre-anesthesia labs were resulted which showed an elevated neutrophil count (WBC, which indicates a potential infectious process present). We discussed further and decided to try a course of broad spectrum antibiotics before sedation. Seven days later and my soul dog is healthy as can be (pic from his follow up appointment)! Dr. Watanabe was patient, considerate and medically judicious in terms of our options and next steps! An amazing team of wonderful people - we’ll never go anywhere else! ??
We love this place. The entire staff is kind, patient and knowledgeable. We have had to take our dogs here and one of our cats over the years and every experience was positive. They also have coloring books and snacks for the littles and coffee for the adults!
Really nice people. Kelly at reception was very patient and helpful with answering my questions over the phone. Valerie was exceptionally warm and kind when we arrived and Dr Barnes clearly loves and cares for all animals. Go here for your fur babies needs.
Lori and Cali Pets are absolutely wonderful. I have two poodles, and they love going there. That says a lot, because grooming can be stressful for dogs, but they are always happy and comfortable with Lori.
Every time I pick them up, they look gorgeous. Their cuts are beautiful, clean, and carefully done, and they come home looking polished and well cared for. Just as important, I can tell they receive a lot of love, patience, and consideration while they are there.
Lori has a genuine way with dogs. She treats them with kindness and makes the experience feel calm and pampering rather than rushed or impersonal. My poodles clearly enjoy being there, and I feel completely confident leaving them in her care. She is astute to point out any issues that they may have with skin or coat before I have even noticed and helps to remedy them.
I highly recommend Lori and Cali Pets to anyone looking for a groomer who is talented, thoughtful, and truly caring with animals.

Best lymphatic massage experience! This place is such a gem, Anna is amazing and is helping me while I recover from surgery. I am healing faster than I imagined and my swelling went down during my visit. I've got another month staying with family before I go home and I'm trying to get in for as many post sessions as I can. I've learned so much too, love the energy in her office, so welcoming and calm.

The massage was amazing. I had Tina and her massage was one of the best ones I have gotten. Great pressure, great technique, great pace. I will definitely go back when I am in the area. The only downsides are that it is a little pricey - $72 / hr and $107 for 90 minutes. They will give you a $2 discount for cash. The one other knock is that the gel pillow you put your face on is terrible.

As an M.T who has had a lot of massages and Acupuncture. Dr. Monica Marroquin has helped me tremendously with my Fibromyalgia flare ups. Cupping, Tui Na, and acupuncture is individually tailored to my needs and lifestyle. I felt hopeless and tired. She literally changed my life.

I've been here twice, with an 8 year span between visits. The first time I had a terrible cough and the cough medicine the doctor recommended worked well. But he didn't charge me for the visit!
I just went in again today for a different condition and the doctor recognized me, but unfortunately couldn't promise a short term fix, and recommended surgery instead (same as my MD doc). He answer many questions from me and recommended some lifestyle changes. But again he wouldn't charge me for the visit!
He also helped my brother-in-law with some tinnitus issues and it seemed to work well.
I feel the doctor here is very honest and knowledgeable, more interested in providing real value to his patients than making a quick buck.
I love this place! I was referred to David Stoeber by Kaiser for lower back pain( so grateful that they accept my insurance) He's been doing Acupuncture forever and you can tell he knows what he's doing! I started feeling better after the first treatment! Sabrina is lovely and personable. I enjoy chatting with her when I come for my appts :) I highly recommend North County Wellness if you're suffering with chronic pain. They will help you!
