Feeling cared for and relaxed after my session. Joanna not only gave me an incredibly healing experience, but also exercises and stretching routines for me to keep doing here on out. Joanna cares about her client's HEALING and is extremely knowledgeable with an array of methods. I will definitely be going back to Ritual Metta for another massage!

I went to Joanna seeking a sense of reconnection with my body and her facilitation was beyond expectations. She led me on a deeply grounding and restorative journey that left me feeling relaxed and calm with a sense of safety in my body while feeling rooted in the elements. Her voice and the energetic space she established enabled me to fully let go and trust her guidance. Her approach was refreshing and I highly recommend sessions with her. If I lived nearby I would love to attend multiple sessions.
