I would give 5 stars for the service itself. Chris is amazing and I wanted nothing more than for him to be my regular exterminator. Unfortunately the customer service by Donna, his wife, is very lacking. I always have to reach out first to get my service scheduled, I have had some no-call/no-shows, and most recently I got canceled on because of “rain” when there is no rain here. I had to text/call three times today to confirm the appt and then was told by Donna to find someone else. Very disappointed.

Personable, professional, and responsive pest control service! I called this morning regarding a bee issue that was arising in my backyard and they were at my house the same day, just past-noon. Chris greeted my dog and I at the door with a smile, was thorough with his explanation of the treatment being provided, and answered all of my many questions with his 20+ years of knowledge and expertise in the field. I was also pleased to hear they use pet-friendly, specialized mixtures for dealing with pests. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be going to Ground Force for all my future pest/extermination needs!

Chris is the real deal and provides an excellent product to his customers. Rare to find someone this knowledgeable and friendly out there. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a fairly priced and high quality pest control company.
