“I wish I could give more stars!! I was looking for a coach that push me and guided me to what I wanted to achieve plus who I had a good feeling about, well found her! Vanessa is knowledgeable, professional, makes you feel comfortable, wants you to accomplish your goals. If you have set backs, or you say, "I can't do it" she says ok, "you will, we will work on these things you can't do", before you know it, you have accomplish those goals, I know because I have said that and accomplished the goal).<br>I promise you if you have Van as your Trainer you won't be disappointed. She will motivate, support you.<br>Her gym is not this huge intimidating space where you are amongst so many people that you get neglected or yourself, she is right there with you making sure your form is correct, you are feeling where you are suppose to feel the muscles you are working, and getting most out of the workout. Don't wait any longer Vanessa is your girl!!!!!!”
