I remember the first time she trained me online about 4 yrs ago, after a month of training she told me..let’s compete in NPC (bikini category) I was so hesitant because I haven’t been on the stage for that kind of competition. After 3 months of training and meal prep, I won both first place in 2 bikini categories and the overall champion!!!Vanessa is a hardworking and very dedicated to what she does. She supported me all throughout and still there giving me all the tips I needed in bodybuilding, health and fitness all together. She motivates me. She would go above and beyond..she can be cool and yet strict (in good ways?). She has been very supportive to me until now. Looking forward for our next competition. “The experience with Alex has been better. He is more respectful and friendly. They have the best showering water pressure compared to every other location. In every other location, you get drips of water only, you can't fully wash and it takes longer to try to get every spot on your body.“
