“It's a nice gym. Everything you would expect from a planet fitness gym. Has all the basic equipment you need to get a good workout. I would recommend this gym for beginners or casual lifting. They are somewhat limited on machines and equipment (planet fitness), so workouts can be hard to mixup and feels repetitive sometimes but gets the job done nonetheless. I love the hydro massage they have for black users which reduces the stress on my back/legs greatly, not something other gyms offer so this is a huge plus. Nice stretching area and equipment. They have showers for after workouts. They also are really clean here, always see the crew cleaning when I'm in here which is greatly appreciated. Some bigger gyms aren't as clean and have a tendency to their gyms slip. I usually go to a different gym but this one is closer to home since I moved so I go here a lot now, enjoy working out here on a regular basis.“

“This is THE BEST GYM! If you are looking for a class setting and want to get get stronger, lose weight, and or get more fit, this is the gym to go to. They have hybrid workouts and make sure they focus on any fitness goals. I would highly recommend attending this gym. The coaches are also some of the best people to be around. They are always friendly and fired up during the workouts. I love that they attend the classes outside of their coaching schedule. It's 100% worth the investment.“

Her gym is not this huge intimidating space where you are amongst so many people that you get neglected or yourself, she is right there with you making sure your form is correct, you are feeling where you are suppose to feel the muscles you are working, and getting most out of the workout. Don't wait any longer Vanessa is your girl!!!!!!“

“Had the Lymphatic Drainage massage with Mary. I’ve never done one so not sure what it’s supposed to feel like. It was pretty mild and relaxing. I’m used to deep tissue massages. She explained very well what to do after. The bed was super comfy but be warned if you want to relax and maybe fall asleep it’s had to do with so much noice. Room is right next to lobby and it’s an open ceiling concept so you can hear EVERYTHING. The phone ringing very loud. The dance music from the workout room. People talking loudly. It’s had to completely relax with so much going on around you. Maybe I’d go again but knowing that it’s not a quiet environment.“
